4runner gang for life. Mine is lifted 3 inches with 33 inch tires on it. Can’t say one bad thing about it. I’ve driven this thing cross country and back numerous times and been in the most remote places with nothing but mountains l, desert, and nature as far as you can see and it’s never failed. I’ve never had one single issue with my 4runner going on 150,000 hard miles now with many of … those miles being off road. Still runs the exact same as the day I bought it brand new. I don’t get why reviewers like Edmunds always need to compare 4Runners to crossovers and make it seem like it’s such a negative against the 4Runner. Crossover suvs should be in a separate category to truck based body on frame suvs like the 4Runner, land cruiser, fj cruiser, wrangler, and bronco. Also the reviewer complaining about its hard to get into a 4runner? Lol. He must drive a neon or Mini Cooper cause it’s really not that high. Mine is lifted 3 inches and I’m 5’8 and it’s no problem getting in as long as you have rock sliders like mine or just regular factory steps. You gotta seriously be the most unathletic person if you have trouble getting into it unless you are a kid or extremely out of shape.
