2008 Toyota Camry Solara
I am a 54 year old male and have owned many cars of just about every make out there. I bought a black 2004 Solara SE Coupe with 83,000km on it back in 2011. I now have 270,000 miles on this car and it runs just like the day I bought it. I have had zero issues with this car other than routine maintenance. Engine and transmission are strong and smooth. However, I hit a deer this week and … it crushed the front end up pretty bad. Waiting now to see if insurance will cover the damage or total loss it. If it is repairable, I will be driving it, hopefully for years to come. If it's not, then I will probably look for a newer model with low miles. I gave it 5 stars across the board except for technology , and that is simply because some of the newer technology wasn't available in 2004. I absolutely love this Solara.
Update 6/21/21 - I've owned the 2006 solara for aboit a year now. Bought with 172km on it, now have 206km.... No issues.... Great car....
Update - 6/22/22... 2006 Solara has 224k miles. No issues... runs great...
