2023 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid
I financed a XSE trim about 4 months ago. In first month, I called toyota road assistance twice to send someone to turn it on! The battery was death each time and they jumped it twice but still not working so I took it to toyota service and they replaced with a new battery. The second month, a crack appeared in my car's windshield so I asked toyota service to replace it with a OEM … windshield, but they told me it would take months to get the OEM so you have to agree with an aftermarket one. I asked Safelite if they can help me to find OEM windshield but they also told me same thing. It is hard to find the original parts for 2023 hybrid. It was so frustrating and disappointing to me to buy a car that doesn't have enough support.
