2023 Toyota Crown
The Crown trims are something for everyone. If the concern is gas and mileage, buy the limited model. My wife & I personally bought the Platinum and it is the first new car we bought, ever. Competition is NOT RAV4 or Camry as they do not have the same specs as the Crown Platinum. One would need to compare the Crown to a Lexus L500h or Genesis GV80 but without the price. The … adaptive suspension does have a noticeable engine shift from sport and comfort modes. The Advance parking is unheard of with no hands on steering or feet on brakes. Highly recomend practicing on a vacant parking lot. The different drive modes and dual digital cluster display above 10 inch is something. 0-60 in 5.5 seconds. You can feel yourself being pulled to your seat.
Vehicle has so much tech, it will take some time to settle in and grow with the Platinum. I normally see mileage at 29 / 30 mpg but am not concerned with gas at $2.73 a gallon. We dont drive much either and I did keep my 2006 Toyota Tacoma modified as it does the opposite to the crown. Truly ... buying a vehicle is a matter of preference and price. The high end models are pricey and we were looking for the same Lexus Luxury / Power. We found it in the Toyota Crown Platinum trim. It is a CrossOver sedan, not a Suv. AWD and 0-60 in 5.5 seconds in sport mode - 1 of 6 modes. Cascading moonroof and vented seating. It is where comfort and power meet the road with a new adventure to that of the Tacoma. Lots of new stories to share.
