2023 Toyota Prius
UPDATE: I have now put 7K on it. The power is REALLY nice for a hybrid. Passing power is appreciated. The tech is all good, except it would be nice if you could pause the sound from the steering wheel button. It would also be nice if I could leave the monitor view on the battery system. I have to set it up every time. I love that I can ask some questions (like who won the Superbowl in … 2009) and it searches the internet for answers. As far as the AWD system, we went on a vacation to Traverse City Michigan in Feb. It handled going up snow covered hills I wouldn't have tried in my FWD cars. So far....its been a great car with zero issues at 27K.
OK....Have had my 2023 Prius Limited AWD (its the same as the 2024) for a week now.
Things I love:
1. Looks, 2. MPG, 3. Power-it goes 0-60 in 7 seconds, 4. The ride is very smooth and fairly quiet for a hybrid, 5. Interior is comfortable. Having heated/cooled seats with a heated steering wheel is really nice, 6. Technology-this has every safety feature and convenience feature I wanted (except for massaging seats), 7. affordable, 8. Brand/model history of reliability-Its too soon to tell how reliable this generation of Prius will be, but with previous generations commonly getting 250-300k miles...its a safe bet this will too.
Things I don't like:
1. Wheels too big/Weird tire size. I'd rather have small wheels with a more common tire size that gets better MPG, 2. Less cargo space (but its not that bad),
