Fast, Fun and Efficient

2024 Toyota RAV4 Prime
Bought my 2024 RAV4 Prime XSE with the cold weather package in December 2023. Yes, the car is a bit pricey. However, you get one of the best performing and reliable hybrids on the market. The electric range has been about 40 for me but I drive aggressively. I came from a 2013 Acura RDX and this car accelerates faster, handles better, stops better, and is more comfortable than my … Acura. I have been more than pleased with the performance and the quiet cabin. The upgraded JBL 11 Speaker system isn't great compared to my Acura system but I am going to throw a few high end door speakers in to improve that. Car Play works flawlessly and once you get the hang of navigating through the various screens life is great. Honestly, I wanted a 100% electric car but am really glad I didn't go that route now. I went for the Prime instead of just the RAV4 Hybrid because I wanted the 303 HP and torque compared to the Hybrid 219 HP. I was able to get the car at sticker which is decent for southern California as there still aren't a lot of them available. If you are thinking of going with a plug in Hybrid, this one is the best.
