2022 Toyota Venza
Short term owner here. This car is everything it is billed to be. Comfortable, safe and (hopefully) reliable transportation. This car is packed with great tec and safety equipment. Interior is well though out with high quality materials used throughout.
The car seamlessly transitions between the electric motor and gas engine. You hardly notice it which is excellent. The ride … is smooth with decent sound deadening throughout. The stock tires are not great (Ecopias) and I have to thing a set of Michelins will enhance the ride even further.
Is the car "fun" to drive? Not really. Does it drive incredibly well? Yes.
Negatives are a terrible base stereo in the XLE, non power passenger seat (I feel like it is too high) and agressive seat bolstering may be too much for larger framed people. The seats are very comfortable however.
The gas mileage is as promised and the car can run on electric only in stop and go or slow city driving.
This car is a sleeper and unfortunately hard to buy right now due to limited supply.
