2022 Volkswagen Passat
My lease was nearing an end on my Alfa Romeo Giulia. I was looking at other premium badges but due to supply chain issues I could not find what I wanted. So I decided to get a 2022 VW Passat Limited. I owned virtually an identical 2016 Passat SEL Premium. I actually thought it was the best car and best value I ever owned. I do not understand why the Passat is so undervalued by many. … The car has lots of room, great safety and convenience technologies including hands free trunk opening, lane assist, blind-side warning, front end collision avoidance, great navigation screen resolution, extremely clear rear camera, parallel parks by itself, very good sound system, adaptive cruise control, LED lights, heated seats (front and back), real spare tire, 4 year 50K bumper to bumper warranty, a trunk that doesn't require a gymnast to store golf clubs, and more. Maybe I'll get my fully loaded BMW 430i convertible next time. But for now I am happy to drive my Passat.
Just to update . . . Had this Passat for 16 months. I stand by my earlier review. No problems and still very satisfied.
