by CCamper on 04/14/2016I took my 2014 E-450 in for service and they did a great job. While there, the service department was installing a new software system which was causing havoc for everyone. Well, I had to wait for over an hour just to get the paper work… done. What a mess!! Anyway, Josh was very helpful in trying to get things done quickly and did.Three cheers for Josh....boo for the new system.Great experience

Since the purchase of our 2008 Ford Edge, spring of 2014, we have had nothing but service issues with the… vehicle. Our confidence in Ford reliability has been undermined by the continued uncertainty of that much needed reliability. This being said, our plans are to sell the vehicle at first opportunity and to replace it with a different make & model. We had high hopes with this Ford but have been severely disappointed and will not pursue any further relationships with Ford. RegardsGreat salesperson

I came for an oil change only, but they checked the air filter and replaced it after advising me it was dirty. Made it my decision to replace it, as it should be. Also checked… the status of the tires and brakes. I appreciated the free doughnut and coffee while I waited. :-)Completely satisfied customer

I was extremely pleased with the work performed. When I drove in, I was very dissatisfied with the excessive early wear on… the drivers seat.
