    I was in for warranty repair service for a coolant leak in my 2014 F150's turbo. The service was very professional from the first greeting I received....Toby Archuleta was my Service Manager. He understood that having vehicles in for repair can cause additional stress, and assisted in obtaining a rental car for my week. He kept in frequent contact, advising me of the status of service at all times. Toby definitely has the "Go Further" mindset and assisted me in a professional, courteous and positive manner. I will be happy to refer anyone needing vehicle servicing to him @ Robert Horne Ford!

    I had tried to set up my 20k service over a weekend for Monday. No appointment was made. I wound up going in Tuesday @noon and they got me right in. Took a little longer but the service manager gave me his direct phone number for next time. Excellent!

    I had a time limit and I asked the technician if he could meet it and he assured me that he could meet it and he did.I was really pleased with that. I have worked with Tyler Clodfelter in the past and I feel he is very good at working with his customers and believr he is a a credit to your company.

    I had been having issues with the vents in my Ford Escape, especially during the hot months of summer. After two or three appointments, it seems like Toby and the staff may have solved the problem as I have had no issues of late. However, at one of the appointments, I purchased a new battery and Toby gave me a rebate coupon for which I believe was $50 if I recall. I filled out the rebate information request within a day of receiving it. I received all the information back in the mail that the rebate had expired. I was rather disappointed as that was one reason I made the decision to do the battery.

    My husband and I were interested in a Ford Escape and was greeted by Guillermo Campillo, Sales Consultant, who was very personable and professional. Guillermo inquired as to our wants and needs and directed us to a car that fulfilled our expectations. He was able to effectively explain the features of the Escape enabling us to understand their application. Guillermo's follow up and follow through was exemplary and a pleasure with which to work. We would certainly recommend Guillermo to anyone who wishes to have a good purchases experience. Once the purchase price was negotiated the purchasing process with the financial agent went promptly and smoothly. Although we can recommend Horne Ford as a dealer in total, they will attempt to extract the maximum profit possible so it will pay to do your research prior to any negotiation. Horne's sales process is for the sales manager to present your offer to the general manager for approval, therefore you must speak with the sales agent first, the sales manager second but never to the general manager, the decision maker. This outdated "game playing" was time consuming and obsolete in today's information age. Most dealerships still use this approach which is unfortunate. Our experience took almost two hours to complete. Allow sufficient time and don't be in a hurry.

    In my 80 years of association with auto maintenance,including managing my own repair shop, I was very impressed with the service advisor, D. Duvall. His professional manner and expertise in accurately diagnosing and resolving a malfunction was truly outstanding.

    Black 2016 Sport Explorer, the service was fantastic and the salesman, Mr. John (Red) Baren was absolutely fantastic and so helpful. He explained everything in detail and went thru every aspect of our new vehicle.

    My experience buying a 2015 Edge SEL took a total of 3 hours. The salesman was friendly, informative, helpful and personable. We took the test drive and he explained the features in a way that was very precise. Any question I had he had the answer. The financing options were presented clear and concise. I have purchased past FORD vehicles from another dealership, but with my recent experience with my old vehicle and the service staff I now have my "favorite FORD dealer". The personnel are very knowledgable, helpful and courteous.

    We had $2500 worth of service done on our f150, only to receive it back with several issues that we had to have readdressed. We ended up dealing with the manager of Service, Scott, and he comforted us by promising to take care of the obvious concerns. He did indeed get everything done properly and we are, at this time very, satisfied with the extra attention we were given to clear up these matters. We only wish we hadn't needed to get him involved by having everything done correctly the first time. We will do business with Robert Horne Ford in the future.

    Horne Ford is a great place to take your car for service, the personnel who work there are attentive to what you need done to your vehicle. Being relatively new to the southwest, we were unaware of the additional stresses put on our vehicle but the sun and heat but we know the staff at Horne Ford will take care of us.

    Over the past week and a half I had to take my car in to the Robert Horn Ford service department on 3 separate occasions, each time was for a different problem. On each occasion I was treated quickly and fairly,and would definitely go back. As for recommending your service department to others, I would do so in a heartbeat, with no reservations. Keep up the good work, and you will keep my business and recommendations.

    When the service man corrected my window wipers he left my cord to sirius out side the driver side front window. Best Buy corrected the problem for me.
