    I love my 2016 Honda pilot and I do all the necessary maintenance work and repairs to keep it running. All the service advisors I have worked with have been wonderful! Brandon is my usual go to. He is friendly, knowledgeable and always with a smile. When he’s on a well-deserved vacation I work with Kyle. Today, I texted Kyle to ask if I could get in because my battery was clearly failing. Kyle responded within just a few minutes advising it was his day off, but he would contact the service advisors on duty and let them know I would be coming in. I greatly appreciate Kyle’s dedication in responding to text messages when he is not at work. That is a top-notch employee! When I got there today Shannon was my service advisor and she was excellent. She quickly retrieved the necessary information regarding my battery warranty and quickly got my battery replaced. I have never been disappointed at this dealership and I have easily had over $15,000 of work done including routine oil changes, replacement of my timing belt, control arms, brakes, struts, etc. I have been to another Honda dealership in the Phoenix area and was disappointed. I will not do that again.

  • Extended warranty

    TOOK MY 2016 HONDA PILOT in in August for HONDA TSB recall for INJECTORS. In September in a drive thru heard engine knocking and thinking it was the new injectors returned for repair. warranty company wanted a new engine installed at a dealer cost of $20,000. MORE than car is worth. warranty company opted to put in a used lower mileage engine. Dealer quoted $11,000 for used engine. Had car towed to Engine Company for used engine 68,000 miles for less than $6000.00 covered by warranty company.

    My service advisor David changed my whole mindset on service at a dealership. I am used to cold, unpleasant, and sometimes painful experiences with my service advisor. David was none of those things. There were some hurdles that were outside his control, and he handled them like a pro. His communication was extremely professional and I was never left wondering what was going on with my car. I am very happy with my experience and am definitelyii recommending David to anyone that needs his help.

    Unfortunately I had a very bad experience It is my third time bringing my car at this service, for the first 2 times everything was great Third time I was unlucky, my car was fixed,no complains here,but after my car was dirty inside ,my windshield was cracked and they refused to take any responsibility. Sorry to say ,very bad experience,I will not recommend this Honda service to my friends.

    I've been having my 2013 CR-V serviced here for the past seven years, and have never been disappointed ... service tech David Eagle expedited my oil change/inspection while I took my usual stroll around the new-car showroom ... nothing there compels me to sell my CR-V, which the techs always say is in excellent condition ... an all-around good experience, every time

    Brought vehicle in for 10,000 mile maintenance and safety recall. Also my Passport has a very irritating noise in the rear wheel wells. This is a serious design flaw. I would think the dealership would bring this flaw to the attention of Honda.

    Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to purchase a second car in less than a month. We chose to go back to AutoNation Honda because the personnel are awesome! Starting from sales manager (Gregg Gabbin) to sales associate (Eddie Rasheed) and Finance (Abel), they are all extremely helpful, very personable and make you feel at home. We have purchased several cars from AutoNation Honda in Chandler, AZ over the past several years. We are extremely pleased with their professionalism and no hassle approach.     The staff at Honda is stellar!!! Everyone from the Receptionist to the Salesman to the Financial Wizard who sells warranties, was so patient, helpful, and accommodating!!!     We've been servicing our 2019 Pilot at AutoNation Honda in Chandler since we bought it new. We've received mostly satisfactory service ever since then, but now that we have switched over to Kyle Milnes as our service advisor, we could not be more pleased. Kyle is a step above all the rest and we recommend his excellent communication skills, thorough attention to detail, and positive, upbeat customer service attitude. Great job Kyle!

  • Warranty Recall Service

    I scheduled a service to have a warranty recall service done and the scheduler told me that it would take about 2 hours for the job to be completed. When I got there the service advisor told me. that it would take all day but would be completed by 5:00PM. They called me and said that my car wouldn't be completed until the afternoon the following day. They did discount the price of the oil change I had done but they need to do a better a job of setting expectations of the time for the service.

    I asked to have my recall taken care of since it hadn’t been at previous dealership and there was no mention and was not addressed when I asked afterwards. I have more work to be completed but this is priority too, besides what was paid for.

    Scheduling and check-in was quick and easy. Was quoted between an hour to hour and a half. They were really busy in the morning. Stayed at location to wait. Got a text that may take more time and got an apology. Wasn't in a hurry and total time was 1 hour 45 minutes. They gave me a discount for the extra time I had to wait.
