San Tan satisfaction
by twinturbo88 on 07/03/2017I have worked with Robert Pence on all my service calls. Robert is ALWAYS professional, yet personable. He is thorough in his handling of my problems and keeps me posted as to status of the work being done. Work done to my vehicle has… always been done the first time and done right. With my busy schedule, I don't have the luxury to return a vehicle to correct an incomplete service. I have noted that upon return of my vehicle it's clean and free of shop grease, oils etc. Occasionally, it gets a courtesy wash which is always nice. The payment desk ladies are always nice as well. Their smiles, while paying the bill, helps ease the pain of a high bill :)Ford owner

by Twinturbo88 on 12/15/2016Overall, I would say that the purchase of my F-150 SuperCrew went pretty well. The paperwork part of doing a deal is still way to long and duplicitous. I did have an issue come up after the purchase that seemed to throw the sales… person that I dealt with. However, he made sure that the next level of customer service was made known to me to resolve the problem. The person I was referred to was Ann Pierce. She was fantastic!!!! I can't say enough nice things about her approach to solve my issue. My post purchase issue was handled professionally, cordially and thoroughly..............without hassle. by Chino18 on 10/21/2016I was disappointed with the service I received from the service department when I brought my 2014 Ford Focus in to have the transmission module looked at for the 4th time. It was also in for an oil change. The appointment was made over the… phone and when they told me it would be at least 48 hours for the transmission work, I told them I would need a rental. When I dropped off my car for the service I was told there were no rentals left for the day and that I would need to have someone come get me or they could shuttle me if I lived within 10 miles of the dealership. The woman that checked my car in stated that my service advisor would call me the next day and let me know about a rental and the status of my car repairs. The next day I waited for a call and received none, I tried to call my service advisor at noon only to receive his voicemail and received no call back. I then called again as I was leaving work and they started to put me through to his voicemail again and I told them that I was not going to leave another message since I had not received a call back from the first time, that's when I found out that the service advisor that had been assigned to me was out sick that day and that Jake was handling my car, she then stated that Jake was on the phone with a customer and that he would call me back in a few minutes. I waited an hour and then called back to speak with Jake, once on the phone he only reassured me that there was a rental available for me and that I could pick it up before they closed at 8. I did pick up the rental and the employees at the rental desk were very pleasant and helpful. The next day I did finally receive a call from Jake around 3 stating that my car was ready and that I could pick it up after 5, I did pick up my car and the people that helped me were very helpful. This experience did not leave me a good feeling for San Tan Ford's service department which is not to say that I'm already having second thoughts about my Focus sine this is a defect that I have had to bring my car back in for 4 times already.San Tan Ford

by Arizona54 on 06/25/2016I bought a 2016 Ford Escape. Overall I am satisfied with the new vehicle, but had some issues with San Tan Ford. I found the vehicle advertised on an online web site. After I expressed my interest, I asked if they had that vehicle… available at the advertised prIce. Yes, they did. We test drove the car and liked it. When we sat down in the office, we were told that the dealership added ~$2,000 of options to it, and added it to the advertised price. I probably should have walked out, but didn't. I had been checking prices, and it still wasn't bad. Just not what was advertised. When we took the vehicle home, I discovered that it did not have an owners manual. I called the saleman on his "best number" and left a message, stating that it was missing. I went out of town the next day (Sunday). I received a voice mail from the salesman that day (Sunday) asking how I was enjoying the new car. Apparently he either didn't listen to, or ignored my message. The next day I received a call from my wife. She needed the owners manual. I called the salesman's number on Tuesday and left another message. On Wednesday, My wife called the sales manager. He called me back later that day and agreed to special order an owners manual and mail it to us. I still don't understand why they didn't have one to give us. I mentioned that I had called the salesman twice about it, but he never responded. The manager replied that he was out for a couple days (that doesn't explain the call after my first message, but no reference to the owners manual). The next day the salesman finally did call me back. I told him that supposedly a manual has been ordered. There was nothing else I needed from him. It has been 4 days since I spoke to the manager about ordering the manual. I'm expecting it within another week or so. However, it is too soon to tell.Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. We regret to hear you have recently had difficulties trying to obtain the owners' manual for your vehicle and we would like to do our best to make this right. There's a free shuttle, or you can wait there and enjoy free Wi-Fi and get a coffee or something to eat at their small deli.
