    Sales people were very nice, straight forward and helpful in finding the vehicle I was looking for and at the price I wanted to pay. He explained all the different functions, electrical components type of engines of the different models and also gave us a tour of the dealership, and each different department explaining there areas of expertise. We did ultimately buy a 1500 Silverado at a good price, I went back at a later because I had more questions to ask and they were very courteous, and professional. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

    On Thursday, August 24, 2017, via text this was my salesman's response to my problem, "My manager Derek said he has done all he cares to do on the Tundra! Sorry." On Friday, August 11, 2017 I test drove a 2006 Toyota, Tundra with 51,000 miles on it. The front end bounced; they assured me it was the tire balance. We did the paper work and I left a $5000 deposit and they told me the Tundra would be ready to be picked up Saturday, August 12, 2017. I paid the balance on Saturday, August 12, 2017 but the Tundra had the same problem. They assured me they would fix it. I picked the Tundra up on Wednesday, August 16, 2017. The sales manager Derek Miller told me that I shouldn't worry; if there was a problem he would take care of it. I tried to call my salesman Bill Kendrick at the office and reached him on his cell phone but he was ill. Then I called the store looking for Derek Miller but he wasn't there. On August 21, 2017 after failing to reach Derek or Bill directly, I spoke with the operator who told me Mr. Barrios was Bill's manager since Bill was out ill. I spoke with Mr Barrios & I explained what was going on and he said to send him an email and he would forward it to Derek and Derek would call me the following morning. I sent the email but never heard from Derek. I am not mechanical; the front end is still making a noise related to the original problem. I just want it fixed properly as Derek Miller promised. During this sale I had an interaction with the general manager of the dealership and expressed to Bill Kendrick, my salesman, that he was not nice. Bill repeated back my sentiment out

    I found Autonation Chevrolet Arrowhead through a search on Cars.com. When I clicked on the vehicle I was interested in there was a box on the right hand side to contact the dealer regarding the best price for that truck. When I first heard from Zachary Becker, he asked me how I would like to be contacted and I said by e-mail only. He honored that request and never once did I receive a call from him. I told him we were ready to buy and asked him for the price on the vehicle. I also asked him if there were any "qualifications" for any discounts included in that price, and the price driving away out the door tax, license and fees included. Zachary emailed me a line by line quote starting with M.S.R.P. less the available discounts plus the fees and taxes associated with the vehicle. I e-mailed him back and told him we had a bad experience at another dealership that day and we did not want to play games. I asked him if we drove the hour plus to get there, would that vehicle be there at that exact price we had been quoted. He laughed and said yes absolutely! We made the trip the next day and I e-mailed Zachary that we were coming. He pulled the key for that vehicle and had it waiting for us to test drive the minute we arrived on the lot. He then showed me the price of the vehicle and it matched our online quote to the penny. We drove the truck, said we'd take it and after running our credit we were off to the finance office. We were assisted by Kelly and unfortunately the card with his last name is in the truck as I type with the other paperwork, but surely they only have one Kelly? Anyway he made us aware of all of our options as far as extended warranty's etc. We signed all of the documents and were on our way in just over an hour from the time we arrived. Also the General Manager made it a point to introduce himself and shake our hands when we walked through the door for the first time. We could not have had a better experience buying a car! There is nothing they could have done better or quicker or friendlier. I will recommend Autonation Chevrolet Arrowhead to anyone who asks and tell them the 100 mile round trip is the best start to buying a new car that they will ever have!
  • 2016 Colorado AC stopped working

    !st the AC would only work minimally after driving for 30 minutes. Within a week it blew warm air. Dropped it off at Autonation Chevrolet on Bell Rd West Peoria, Az. It was there for 4 weeks while they worked with GM Engineers to find the problem. Replaced everything associated with the AC over that time. Kept me up to date, provided a loaner when I needed it and then after thorough testing by Mechanic, Service Advisor and Service GM they got my truck back to me working just great for the AZ 115F days!

    Spent $1,600 on an oil pump and 1 week later had issues took it back they wanted to charge me another $600 to look at it again, ended up having 2 bad cylinders , why not take care of it right the first time .

    This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, and it was such a smooth, easy process. The salesman Mike was very helpful and efficient. He explained everything about the whole purchase process in detail, and even went over the owner's manual with me to make sure that everything made sense with the new vehicle features. Amazing customer service!

    Not only was this dealership stellar in every way possible, my car salesman, Michael Martin, went above and beyond in helping me get into my new vehicle. He was proactive in getting the loan pushed through finance, and the follow-up he did, was above and beyond what was expected. Going through the Finance department was not as trying as it has been at other dealerships. They did not try to pressure me for the additional purchase of every warranty in the world. I would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Michael Martin, to everyone!

    I was very nervous for this was the first time I had purchased a brand new vehicle. Car dealerships and car saleman get a bad rep for being pushy. This WAS NOT the case. Terry Lavender was patient with all my questions and was very helpful, Kelly the finance manager helped me so much by coming up with reasonable, affordable pricing that fit my budget. Warren was helpful in many ways as well. I will for sure recommend Auto Nation to everyone

    I couldn't ask for a better car purchase experience. I have always dreaded when the time came to buy my next car. I headed out and stopped at the local Ford dealer and was treated so terribly that I walked out and went across the street to AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead. I came home with my new car the same day. My sales person Tomas Lopez couldn't have treated my any better. Highly reccommend this dealer.

    Just bought our second car from Autonation Chevrolet. The buying process went completely smooth due to salesman Tomas Lopez and finance manager Kelly Fraley. Tomas listened to my needs and told me all of the facts about the cars I was looking at straight up. He was not pushy whatsoever and was willing to do anything to make sure I was satisfied with my car choice. He was there throughout the whole process. Kelly in finance was able to get me in and out of the finance office quickly and offered me all of the options I'd need to be safe and happy after driving off the car lot. I would definitely buy a car from Tomas again and could not see myself working with anyone else at any other dealer again!

    Our 2013 Silverado 3500 Duramax developed an engine oil leak. Although we purchased our vehicle at another dealer (due to our working summer months out of state) AutoNation Chevy set up an service appointment right away. We were provided with another vehicle to use for the day while repairs were done. Thanks to John and crew all is well again. We would recommend this dealership.
