    Everything was going fine until it came time to finish the paperwork. Halfway through finalizing the paperwork with finance I was told they would not do something that they had previously agreed to and said was no problem. If they would have been upfront from the beginning it wouldn't have been an issue.

    I just bought a 2015 caravan from Bill luke yesterday. Here's the bottom line, professional absolutely, quality car, absolutely, price, best in the valley. I shopped around for months for a new family car. I researched checked dealer reviews. Bill luke had the best selection for the price around. Salesman was awesome. I had a great experience and would recommend everyone to shop here first.

  • $1,000 Added to Price!

    I couldn't believe it when I tried to negotiated a deal and had my own financing and they INCREASED the price by $1,000! Amazing! Rip you off on one end or the other and they evade your direct questions. The only reason they have been in business for so long is the churning of the population!
    • I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. This has been our pricing for years and it is clearly illustrated on our website. Buyers can pay cash if you wish, but if you do you are not eligible for the $1000 finance bonus cash included in our finance price.

  • Run Away!! Don't go to Bill Luke

    STAY AWAY FROM BILL LUKE. Whatever you do, DO NOT WORK WITH LIONEL, one of the salesman here. He is in every way the epitome of they stereotypical sleazy car salesman. While making our purchase, it was all sunshine and rainbows and he came across as an up front and straightforward guy, even telling us cute stories about his wife and kids, but that quickly faded and the [non-permissible content removed] he really is came through. Throughout our entire buying process he kept telling us that he was "tracking down" the second set of keys to our vehicle as well as our floor mats. As soon as we had signed he casually drops in that 'there isn't a second set of keys'. Strike one, especially because if he had just told us that up front it probably wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but lying for several hours and then suddenly remembering the truth is being purposely dishonest. Next, even after we've officially signed on the vehicle, he's still telling us that he has floor mats, but they're being cleaned. He kept this ruse up for several days, then eventually stopped answering my calls, and finally had someone else tell me there were no mats. There never had been. Big fat lie number 2, folks. Then, when it came time for my first oil change, we returned to Bill Luke despite it being quite a drive because good ol' Lionel told us that oil changes and tire rotations would be free as long as we owned the vehicle, as long as we took it to their specific location. Guess who got hit with a big fat fee for a standard oil change? Yep, he lied about that too. The worst part is that when we told the Manager that we'd been told it would be free and the manager called Lionel in, he stood there and lied to our faces and said he'd never said that. So there goes the extra care warranty we added on to our purchase. After the treatment we received I would never buy from Bill Luke again- I'd rather take the bus. I now believe the Managers (yes managers, because we talked to 3) are aware of these kind of tactics and are just as dishonest as Lionel. They all play the same games and even use the same lines. "Go lie to customers, say whatever you have to to make the sale, and we'll back you up". Shame on Bill Luke and especially you, Lionel.

  • Worse service

    I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Bill Luke. The day I went in the salesman, Joey Aguirre, and the financier, Richardo Juca, assisted me to purchase a new vehicle. After a few days, I was having issues with the car and I called Joey, Richardo, and various people at Bill Luke. I did many calls, left several voicemails, and my calls were either ignored or they stated they could not do much. It took two weeks to finally get a response back and an appointment at the dealership. I had to travel from Tucson to Phoenix to get that completed. At the appointment they only fixed part of the issues. I came to the Jim Click dealership in Tucson for assistance and they kindly supported me. I love my new car; however, Bill Luke made purchasing my first vehicle the worse experience and they have terrible customer service!

  • Good deal and easy to deal with

    Bought a used car from them. They have up front pricing and didn't play games with it. You do have to haggle somewhat on financing rates, so know your credit score and have a pre-approval somewhere else, so that you know the ballpark for financing. I had a service issue, but they handled it very competently and gave me a loaner while it was in the shop. Good people.

    I was shopping for what felt like the impossible which was a 2010 or newer Toyota Corolla S and hit the jackpot with this place. They were friendly, professional, found me exactly what I wanted and got me a great deal. Lionel was my sales man and Tyler did the financing. Overall, I had a great experience. I'm a single female and thought I'd be taken advantage of but felt like I got a great deal when I left. I recommend them now to family and friends.

  • Worst Experience Ever

    Worst experience ever!!!!!. Beware! do not do business with Bill Luke Doge. I brought my car to them to get serviced and while in their possession they wrecked my car on the test drive. The accident was not their fault however they did not help at all to get my car fixed. In fact they made me pay for the loaner car that I get when servicing my vehicle, pay for the alignment and other work performed even though my car no longer runs and they made me pay for the tow of the vehicle from the accident site to the dealership when they are the ones who ordered it to be towed. The GM Kim Carter and owner Don Luke do nothing but lie to you. They both told me that they lose $1000 on every vehicle the sell and they do not make money selling vehicles. Don Luke actually hung up on me during a conversation. Stay away from this dealership. Go to Larry Miller Dodge instead. I spoke with the service department and they stated that if my vehicle was in their possession and it was wrecked their fault or not they would see to it that my car was fixed. Worst Customer Service I have Ever Experienced.
    • This is complex situation to discuss in this format, but we feel that we made every effort to accommodate the customer. In the end we determined the customer could not be satisfied. Our apologies. We also wanted to point out to our customers that we were able to satisfy hundreds of other customers last month and have been doing so since 1927.

  • Returning Buyer

    Leaving the house this morning Rob and I were both hesitant to drive to a dealership knowing we would have to deal with the sales pressure. Well what a great surprise. We were professionally greeted by Joel Hendrickson and I expressed to him what I had researched on Bill Luke's website and he automatically took the initiative to search on his cellphone to find what I was talking about. He found what I was interested in, went and grabbed the keys, and away we went. We went over the vehicles in detail; test drove it, then onto seeing if he could make a deal to meet our expectations. I told him the monthly payment I was willing to pay. After a few times he was able to get what I wanted. Joel Hendrickson was a very pleasant sales representative. I was very impressed with his ability to make it as painless as possible. He definitely made it worth the time we spent. Another perk was Wilmer Gutierrez taking the time to go over all the awesome bells and whistles that were included in my purchase of a new Jeep Sahara 2015. My husband and I left the Bill Luke Dealership without an ounce of buyer’s remorse. My special thanks to Joel and Wilmer for the wonderful job you did. Angela Testa Hicks

    First time buyer and this was the 4th dealership i visited. i arrived and was greeted by Jerry A great service very professional. After test driving the first car 30 minutes later I am driving off the lot in a brand new 2015 car! Jerry A did a great job and set a deal for me on my first new car!!

    I found the Bill Luke car I wanted on cars.com. I was replacing a vehicle USAA rated a total loss. I live 400 miles away from Phoenix and so I bought the car sight unseen. Dale Langford worked with me via phone and text. When I flew out to take delivery, he met me at the airport even though I arrived on what would have been his day off. The car was exactly as described and the added charges were quite reasonable. I am always concerned that the employees are receiving fair compensation and both Dale and financing expert Wendy assured me that they were fairly paid. Wendy had worked at a corporate dealership and she has found family owned Bill Luke Motors to treat their employees much better. BillLuke = class in every way!!

    went to check a few dealerships in Phoenix looking for a great car, at a good price. We had some so so experiences, and a bad one (Hyundai Camelback). When we got to Bill Luke we were helped by JR who quickly took us to the vehicles we were looking for, started the buying process and it went smooth and fast (it took a couple of hours). JR was so professional, friendly and helpful. And our finance guy went thru all the information quickly and clear about the tons of documents we had to sign. Usually once you buy a car somewhere the dealer forgets about you and don't even return your calls if you have a question. Not in this case. They checked on us to make sure we were doing ok with our car. Can't ask for more. Thanks again to Bill Luke's staff.

    My son was looking for his first car that would be bought on a loan and therefore he had a fixed budget. We worked with Jerry A who was a true professional. He took the time to work with us and was straight forward and did not play games with the pricing. We negotiated a fair price that we both could live with and feel good about. I have dealt with lots of car dealers over the years and this was one of the easiest and less stressful times ever! I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Jerry!
