I'm used to my local dealership that I'm in and out of in about half an hour. The Larry miller experience took about 3 hours,… which is fairly normal for Tucson dealerships. My salesperson was Enrique Espinosa and he was very nice and helpful. The staff here is not on commission, which is very nice. There is no high pressure involved. I trust these guys and gals, minus the one sales manager saying I had to put… another $1000 down for the GAP. My sales rep was friendly and did everything to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Had to knock off one star for the above issue. Warning
by Warning on 12/16/2017updated 12/26/2017I purchased from this dealership and it was the worst mistake I made. The car had problems from the beginning and then when I made service appointments to get the warranty things fixed they would “lose” my appointments. I lost time off… work. I get multiple calls throughout the year advising that they want to “make it right” and are going to look into things and call me back. When I get a call months later they start over like we never talked. They will say anything to make a sale and do not care if you have a safe and reliable vehicle. They also do not warn or contact you with recall issues. Stay safe and shop elsewhere! I am also forced to give a star just to submit. If I was able I would give no stars.I am sorry that you have had some mechanical problems with your car. I would love to see what I can do to help you fix and address these issues.
