They do an outstanding job in every respect and have my complete confidence and trust. Other dealerships could learn… friends from their "can do" and friendly attitude. I had the complete opposite experience when I visited Singh Chevrolet while shopping for my Camaro and will never go back - even though they are much, much closer to my house.Thank you for sharing your feedback! However, my service required the use of a rental car for several days by Hertz on behalf of Rotolo. The rental car was despicable, had a foul smell and was dirty beyond… words. It was sad to see such a poor representation for Rotolo Chevrolet. I had to keep all the windows down and sit on a blanket throughout the entire rental period. This should not have happened.Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Our customers are our greatest asset and we value your business. Nos dieron los controles desprogramados, tuvimos… que regresar el lunes y perder 1 hora y media para que lo hicieran, entre otros detalles.Great Service at Rotolo

Useful suggestion

Now we have to do that and then come in and wait for a customer service person to do the exact same thing. I had to… come in with my cane. Sit and wait for 10 minutes then do the same thing I did while sitting in my car. Stupid duplication of effort.Customer Service Survey

Rotolo needs more employees everywhere and room to fit the empoyees/technicians to speed up the waiting time on servicing… someone's car in a timely manner. Rotolo Chevrolet of Fontana needs to seriously expand especially during the large mass of servicing of cars that is needed on the weekend.Rita, thank you so much for your kind and honest review of our dealership.
