When I arrived at Rotolo, Tony already had the truck I wanted waiting for me to take on a test drive. I drove the truck and loved it. Tony and I had previously… discussed a price which was the price I ended up buying the truck for. Based on my experience at other dealerships, I was prepared for hard sale tactics and deceptive practices. To my great surprise, I did not need much preparation for the… sales team at Rotolo was completely honest and made the purchasing process easy and pleasant. So much so, that two weeks later I came back and bought another Spark. In addition, I brought my sister along, who also bought a Spark from them. Just like my first time, the sale went through without a hitch and I am thrilled with my purchases. Even though I live 60 miles away, I would never go to any other dealership. Rotolo offers by far the best prices and the best service and is well worth the drive. Many thanks to all the hard-working employees and the excellent management at this dealership.
