  • Collision & Seat Repair

    I had my car in for a collision repair and electric passenger seat repair under warranty. Nathen suggested that the seat could be taken care of while the collision repair was under way. The collision repair was completed in 2.5 days, but the part for the seat had to be ordered. Nathen handed me off to Paul in service who bent over backwards to get the part for the seat so it could be installed and was very professional and helpful. The collision repair was completed on Wednesday after I had dropped the car off on Monday. The seat part was ordered on Tuesday, but didn't arrive until late Friday and I finally picked up my car at 10:00AM on Saturday. Paul had expected the part on Thursday, but could not track it once it left it's point of origin.

    John Pherrin was what made the experience so pleasant and fun. He was very patient, even when I changed my car choice multiple times. He wasn't pushy and looked out for my best interest. He showed us all the possibilities we had and was very open about what we could and couldn't get. I have gotten a few cars throughout the years and this was the best experience I have had. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. He was there from the beginning till the very end (which was pretty late at night!).

    Craig Whitacre our Service Advisor did an excellent job. He listened carefully to how we described some issues on our car and then translated this into service work order. He followed up with us on status and in general was very pleasant and professional to deal with. Highly recommend Tuttle Click Ford's service department.

    The friendliness of all of the employees. Jordan was great! As well as Joe - the finance guy. I told them exactly what I wanted to pay per month and they were able to get super close to my budget.

    No any real hassles with financing I had two offers The only thing in retrospect is that I wasn't given price of car nor see it till end of deal I would like to have seen sale price, financing and interest breakdown before signing As the car was more than I walked in planning to pay

    Everyone was so nice and helpfull. I didn't have an appointment and they helped me early and fast and finished servicing my car fast. I also loved the fact that they text you with updates of your car.
