    Service advisor was polite, professional, and easy to talk to but the actual service was disappointing. My car was at a dealership by my home originally. That dealership wanted Riverside Nissan to sign it over to do the repair and had already ordered the part. Nissan refused and towed the car to their dealership without my expressed consent where they then diagnosed it the next day and ordered the part again. The original dealership would've had the part in 3 to 5 days and was already in transit. Nissan took 5-7. On day of pickup, they reported my recently replaced battery died completely which meant I had to drive to Riverside Nissan from a different city (40 minute drive) and replace it under warranty. It was then ready the next day but the whole process took a total of 3 weeks. On pick up day, I was told I could shuttle if I was within 10 miles. I live 15 miles away and just a reminder, they towed my car there without asking first so it was in no way my fault I was far. All in all, the service advisors were kind and I would never speak ill on someone doing their job but please think about the client before claiming the repair. What would've taken a week should not have taken 3.

    Took in for service with appointment. Someone came in less than a minute to check me in. I was given a choice of what needed to be done. When car was done it was less than five minutes to get car. I only wish they would wash your car after service like other dealerships do.

    Came in for service left with wires hanging out then a few days later the same wires are still hanging out when I called the advisors I spoke to try to push blame on where I bought my car and make it seem like they had nothing to do with it even after I explained it wasn’t like that before. Poor technical support unprofessional and poor customer service trying to shift blame super unsatisfied I will never go back to riverside service center ever again and I will let everyone I know not to trust them for the line of work they charged me $166 for 10 minutes work of inspection I’m super disappointed.

  • Over priced no coupons

    For a simple oil change over $200. Nissan sends out coupons randomly and the front desk always makes up a reason why they cannot take them. Half the time they never add your membership points. They constantly make up their own rules. Poor customer service.
