2008 SRX maintenance

I was pleased with the service rendered and the professional attention I received by the service rep, John H. He listened to my concerns and made sure the repairs were… corrected to my satisfaction. Needing improvement at this dealership is the call-in system . Wait time seemed excessive to me. Suggest that the operator check within a minute or two to see if the call was picked up or not. I had to call three times to get to the person I wanted to speak to.Gary, thank you for leaving us your review. We are thrilled that John was able to take care of you. I anticipated spending all day at different dealerships, trying to find the right car (and right price) for our little… family. We were kind of dreading it. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. Lance O. was amazing! We didn't feel pressured into anything whatsoever. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel like friends, rather than customers. We were ecstatic at how smooth (and quick) the purchase was. As someone who used to be scared to walk into dealerships, I was initially hesitant to go in and talk to the sales staff. I started my search online and was invited in for a test drive. Once… there, the internet manager Steve and the the VIP vehicle advisor Lance O. made me feel comfortable. They were able to give me a great deal on a new lease and made the process quick and painless. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. I bought an electric car, a 2014 Chevy Spark, so I was not sure how up to speed the sales staff would be on the features of the car, but Lance was very knowledgeable about all of the features and was able to answer all of my questions. He even followed me home after the sale to make sure I was able to hook up the charger and make sure that everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Paradise Chevrolet to anybody looking for a new or used car in the Temecula area.Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac thanks you for taking the time to submit this amazing feedback. Its the Salesman that makes the grade!

Over the years our purchases of new cars have been nothing but pressuring miserable stressful situations that make me never want to step foot in another dealership again. Having… said that, the time has come again that we will be in the market for a new car soon and so the dreaded search began. After many many visits to numerous dealerships throughout Temecula, Escondido, Lake Elsinore and Hemet...I finally found the right dealership, a fabulous salesman and the perfect car for us! Im surprised to say that our experience at Paradise was actually great! We've been there in the past with a different salesman who turned us off immediately. But, we went back on another day and we hit it just right! It started with a kind greeting from their salesman Michael P., he could clearly see that we were not pleased to be at another dealership and so very kindly offered us a beverage and we started to talk. He listened to our needs and desires as we clearly stated what we do want as well as what we do want in our next car, and he listened fully and completely without any interuptions. (A huge plus!) He then showed us what he had to offer, and it was exactly what we had expressed to him! he didnt waste our time by showing us something similar, or out of our price range. He knew upfront that we didnt want that "Type" of salesman. He simply did exactly what we asked of him which was to show us what we wanted without any pressure of looking into something different. It's not really the dealership that makes the grade but the people you have in it, and thanks to Michael and his more than kind hospitatlity, his gracious professionalism, and his willing to work with our needs without any pressure or demands....we have found our salesman for life!
