  • Poor Pre-owned Buying Experience

    Paid seller price, brought my own rate, wasn't ready to sell (couldn't replace front tires due to missing key), sold me the car, picked it up two days later with new tires that didn't meet manufacturer specifications (cheap, not like for like, non run-flat tires. Misrepresentations and missed opportunities to right by the customer. More interested in new car buyers.

    Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek knows customer service. I owe a great deal to Danny Baptiste and John Lee for helping me purchase a used Porsche Macan they had at their lot. They were kind and helpful, and both had such a positive energy about them. I financed through navy federal credit union so I was worried about how difficult it would be in getting the car, especially after having the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with Audi Concord. I had initially decided on an Q5 Sportback but the salesperson at Audi turned hostile after learning I wasn’t going to finance through them. They stated they either needed to run my credit or hold the car until they were “funded.” Both options were unnecessary as I already financed through NF. I had just recently purchased a home so I didn’t want yet another hard pull on my credit. It ended up working out because I went straight to MB of Walnut Creek. Danny and John understood the process with Navy Federal well and worked with me to ensure I got what I wanted out of this deal. John called NF for verification of the loan “check” and both he and Danny helped finalize the deal. I drove off in a beautiful Porsche and I am so thrilled to have had the pleasure of working with them. Although I purchased a Porsche, I recommend MB of Walnut Creek to anyone on the fence about car shopping for a Mercedes Benz. I’ll certainly be back when I’m ready for a GLC Coupe.

    I just had the greatest buying experience with Bao Ngo and Faycal Belhocine. They truly make a great team, and approach the sales process with top notch service. Right from the start, Bao and Faycal are extremely likable guys. Super friendly and overall give the customer great service from the minute walking into the dealership.     The salesperson was very helpful and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to return items I had left in sold car. Service to purchased auto was excellent. The only reason this is not a 5 star rating is the time spent waiting for someone to check the numbers.

  • No spare key

    **Buyer Beware** Leased a new Mercedes Benz EQE from Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz and after signing all documents they said they only have one car key available as well as no glove box manual, but would FedEx me the spare key and manual later in the week. Two months later, Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek has not sent those items, nor have they responded to any of my numerous phones calls, text messages or emails regarding this issue. I called the service department and was told it would be about $1,300 for a spare key and programming which should have been included with a new car lease. If leasing a car from this dealership, which I don’t recommend, make sure they show you both keys before you sign any paperwork.

    I recently purchased a 2024 Mercedes GLS SUV from Walnut Creek Mercedes-Benz, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I also traded in my 2020 GLS, and I was pleased with the fair value offered for the trade-in. Our sales representative, Faycal, did a fantastic job throughout the entire process. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we found the perfect vehicle. Faycal's expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer all our questions, provided detailed information about the new model, and ensured we felt confident in our decision. The dealership itself was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff were professional and courteous, contributing to a positive atmosphere. The entire transaction, from appraisal to purchase, was handled efficiently and transparently, with no surprises. Driving away in our new 2023 GLS SUV, we felt satisfied and well taken care of.   • Post price nonsense, and unwillingness to fix their mess

    Let me start that I like the car that I got and when I purchased it I thought I was getting a good deal. The sales person was professional but positives end there. I thought I was getting the car for the listed price, it wasn't till I read the fine print that I fully understood that they hid a $1377 "permaplate" that wasn't included in the sale price. I was under the impression that it was because I was told it was "already done" to all their cars and isn't optional. If it's already done to all their cars and isn't actually optional it should be included in the sales price this will be illegal in California in July. So the state agrees this is a shady practice. It should also not be listed in the bill as optional. Frankly I'm not even convinced the work was done, the windows and paint has hard water marks which would need to have been removed to put any sort of paint shield on. I also found that that the dealers detailer half assed the work when I pulled down the rear arm rest and a ton of sand spilled all over the back seat. Overall I feel misled and mistreated, par for the course for a low rated dealer, not a Mercedes dealer on a very pricey sale. Additionally they never removed the previous owner from the car so the previous owner now has my home address, and more because I connected my phone without knowing that my contacts were being uploaded. It will be weeks before I can get the manufacturer to remove the previous owner from the car. When Mercedes was told that I needed them they need to contact the previous owner they have dragged their feet and not followed up. This is also not some beater it's a very pricey car. Following up with the manager he just brushed it off and said well you signed for it. My fault trusting a dealership to represent things honestly. In July this kind of post price added fee will be illegal in California I hope they get their act together.

  • Used X1 BMW

    We purchased the vehicle, signed the paperwork and paid for it on May 4, Saturday. Everything was checked accdg to the papers. But when we got home, we noticed there’s an oil leak. We brought it back right away and they had to fix it. It took more than 1 week to have it fixed. We got the car on 5/14. Then we got a text again the following day that they forgot to attach or put back one of the car parts. My husband has to drive back and have it fixed again. It’s just an inconvenient because my husband is working and we already paid for the car and was not able to use it for 11 days. I am not sure what the process is for thoroughly checking the car before selling it. We just have a bad and frustrating experience.

  • Awesome Experience Getting my 2024 AMG C63S

    The lease on my 2020 AMG C43 was ending in July, 2024. So, I was already thinking of getting a newer C43. The sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek reached out to me and made some offers to me. I decided to hear them out. I met with Tim Crane and I was impressed by his professionalism, attentiveness, and good interpersonal skills. I had in mind to go back to where I got my 2020 C43 and simply upgrade to a 2024 AMG C43, but because of the pleasant experience I had with the sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek, especially with Tim Crane, I decided to give them a chance. I was not so impressed with the 2024 AMG C43 that they had in stock, mainly because of the color combinations of the interior. They understood this fact and said they will be in contact with me if something of my preference showed up. I found that to be very good. They weren't aggressive just to sell me something and make some sales. They were interested in satisfying me as a customer. I ended up deciding to upgrade to 2024 AMG C63S because I really liked the car after a test-drive. But most importantly, I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Tim Crane. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek.
