Everyone we have encountered there is pleasant, helpful engaged. My family has now owned 21 Volkswagen… vehicles over the past 40+ years, mostly purchased from a small town dealership in Ohio (Sunset VW) in Steubenville, Ohio. I knew the family who owned, and still owns that VW shop, and these guys at Emich, in a big city (Denver, CO) make me feel the same way we did back in little old Steubenville, like friends, like family and confident that they are selling themselves, not just their cars. Obviously, we're hooked on VW, but we will always come back to the attention and service we receive from dealerships like those owned by the Emich's and the Cherepko's. Love the cars, and love the people who have sold them to us.Not your typical car salesman

I love my new TDI Golf Sportwagen more than my Mercedes's R350 and the gas mileage… is far more than what they advertise. Alot of car for your money! And the only one that knows it is you because your driving. Driving in quality while maintaining a lower profile. It is like a secret, so much quality and one heck of a driving experience...I am having fun again driving in my car!Service at Emich

By the time we made it up to Denver to check it out, Ben had done research on the vehicle so that he could… showcase ALL the features of the vehicle to me. He was very knowledgeable AND obviously genuinely interested in the car as well as in my needs as a customer. Both my husband and I were impressed by his knowledge and service, as well as the rest of the staff at Emich. Since we came up from Colorado Springs, Ben and the staff accommodated our schedule to get us through the steps to purchase the vehicle smoothly and quickly. It was the most pleasant car-buying experience my husband and I have ever had! I love this car - we are on vacation with it right now! I'm guessing it's because of a longer term service relationship that I'd plan on sustaining anyways. I was in a situation where I would have lost too much to do… the deal on a car recent purchase that wasn't working out as hoped with my family. Glad I could buy a car from you guys as well as service there. The streamlined technology/paper work experience was slick too.... real time saver.Keep up the good work.

by Mrheat on 06/27/2015updated 07/02/2015Last Saturday I was out shopping and all of a sudden I got a very bad vibration from my Touareg, as luck would have it I was only 15 minutes from Emich VW and just drove there unannounced.Jered was at the service desk and got my SUV in… immediately and set me up with a loaner car in all under 15 minutes. Superb service as usual.Great service :)
