I had been looking for over a month and had been to many different dealers around the Denver area. Dan by far was the best sales associate that I worked… with, that's why I ended up buying my Tiguan! Dan was knowledge about Volkswagens and helped me narrow my search down to a car that would have everything that I needed. He was very kind and understanding about my budget limitation and worked very hard at helping me get the car I wanted at a price I felt comfortable with.Great experience

I was still unsure if I wanted another beetle or get a subaru and she called me a few times over 2 weeks and we had a… couple conversations. Not pushy at all which I found other car dealerships to be. She just informed me about the cars. I experience some very bad service at some dealerships and you all just totally turned it around. At the end i decided to go with the beetle but when I went she was on vacation so John helped me to actually purchase the car. Great guy! I see why him and rhianan work so well together..I decided to come on a busy Saturday but he was still focused on is and have is the best service in helping me through the process since this was my very first brand new car...Thanks so much John and Rianan and of course (I forget his name but he was helping me with the finances) you have a great team and I look forward for my 1 month check up :)First ever car buying experience and the bar has been set

It was all on what I was comfortable with and I really felt like I could be honest with what I could afford and have, vs feeling like I needed to get something because it was going to up the… sale.Emich is a great dealer to buy from...no hassle

by Radlene on 09/29/2014My salesperson, Kate, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy at all and was patient with all my questions. As it was my first time car shopping alone and leasing my first car, I think it helped that my salesperson was a… woman, so I didn't really feel I was being taken advantage of. I felt comfortable with her right away and felt I was in good hands. Kate was also able to beat the price from another dealership. The computer screen on the desk in the business office was nothing I've ever seen before. It was pretty high-tech and pretty neat. Matteo was also really nice and personable. The lounge area was pretty clean and comfortable. Overall, it was an easy and pleasant experience :)Go Speed Racer Go...
by T_Vy on 09/30/2014The Emich team was the best about responding to online inquiries as I have not had anyone call me back as quick as Doug did when I sent an email about mileage on the vehicle I was interested in. I think it was 15 minutes from inquiry time… to call! Awesome! Also, I felt comfortable at the dealership and everyone was nice including Paul, Chris and Manny. In my line of business I am able to collect body art so I wear it openly. In some businesses sometimes people will make incorrect assumptions and conclusions based on appearance, but I did not get that kind of treatment at Emich. It was a great experience and I'm very happy with the service I received as well as my purchase.Recall visit
