There was never a time that I felt that he was pushy--he's a very genuine man who always had my best interests in mind. Very… professional, courteous and he had an answer for literally every question regarding any vehicle I was looking at. The management team and the finance team were also an absolute dream to work with. I would highly recommend for anyone to ask for Shannon if and when they are looking for their next vehicle!Great customer service

I let him know I was only browsing and not looking to buy today. I expected him to walk away but instead he said that he would love to… help me with my browsing and any questions I may have. I spent a couple of hours with him looking at different vehicles, asking questions, and I even tested a Kia Sorrento. The whole time Vic was very knowledgeable, easy going, and showed me great customer service even though he knew I wasnt buying today. I am planning on buying a vehicle in the near feature and I know that when I do I will definitely go back to Peak Kia and ask for Vic Sena.Single mom couldn't be happier!
by ndeez on 11/20/2014I can't begin to explain how thankful I am to have come across Matthew and Joshua while looking for a car for my daughter. I have been looking for over 5 months and have encountered far too many salesmen that made me uncomfortable buying… as a woman and numerous dealerships that completely disrespected my intelligence and tried to take advantage of me as a single mother. I must say from the moment I first spoke with Matthew on the phone I have been blown away. I was treated with complete respect and never once did I feel uncomfortable. Not to mention I did get a smoking deal on my new Sorento which I absolutely love. I have already told everybody I know to see Matthew and Joshua when they are in need of a car and I would suggest you do the same.Great Personal Touch

He is friendly and personable Valued my time which is a huge plus I mean who wants to spend hours at a… dealership. Corey the finance manager was equally as thorough in valuing my time and that is a plus when buying a car used or new. It shouldn't ever be a process that takes hours. Thanks so Much !!! by nwatkins2 on 11/20/2014I recently purchased a car from Peak Kia and luckily got paired up with the best salesman there, Victor Sena. He is the exact opposite of the stigma that goes with salesmen. He was genuine and personable and all around a helpful, good guy… that willingly gave us an awesome car buying experience. I didn't immediately purchase the car, but he didn't hassle me just to try and make a sale. I got in touch with other sales people at other dealerships and even when I told them I wasn't interested they still called me repeatedly to try ans sell a car. I liked Victor so much that when I decided I wanted the car from Peak Kia I requested to do business with him because of how well and genuinely he presented himself. He even followed up with me after the purchase. He gives salesmen and Peak Kia a good reputation and I would honestly recommend for anyone to do business with him!2nd Optima in 2 months from Matt and Josh!

by grant25 on 11/09/2014When i went into peak kia last week i expected the same old unpleasent pressure you get from most car dealers and my overall experience was excellent my sales rep was victor sena he did an excellent job and was extremely polite and worked… hard to get me the deal that I received on my new vehicle props to victor and the peak kia team in running a friendly no pressure car dealer.Fantasic Experience

The next morning we visited Peak Kia. A sales consultant met us at the… door and took us in to meet Kristy. Kristy was so positive and upbeat which made us relax. We felt like we were in the right place.Kristy engaged Andy Carney who took us through the process. The process was so easy and non-threatening. Andy understood our concerns also and made the process so seamless. The car purchasing of yesterday was gone. Within two hours after we arrived we left with a car that met our needs perfectly. Thanks Andy and Kristy for taking care of us.Great experience

She went above and beyond any expectations that I had. I never thought that I would have the person I bought a… car from on my christmas list but she sure is! They did everything possible to assist me in getting the car that I wanted. I wouldn't ever go any where else to purchase a vehicle or purchase from anyone else. Just the best!!Matthew restored my faith in Salesmen.

Shannon N. went above and beyond to make the sale happy and to make sure that I was comfortable with my Kia.… There was no judgment from anyone. My first visit was to check the dealership out and my second visit was to purchased the 2015 Kia Soul. Both Shannon in Sales and Kristy L. in Finance made me feel very welcome every time I have called and come in. Shannon also did follow up and make sure everything is still going good. Best of all, he was not very pushy like other dealerships' sale person. I will be back in the future. I would recommend Paul to all my friends as he was knowledgeable, fair, and professional. He allowed me plenty of time to think… about my decision and was available when I was ready to make my decision. He also spent time going over the many features of my new car so I felt comfortable driving it off the lot. The financing process was also simpler than I have experienced in the past.
