One of the best sales experiences ever
by btrede on 09/10/2014When I go to a car dealership, I expect to be provided a professional experience, yet with someone who is personal and will cater to my needs. When I arrived at Peak Kia, I was greeted by Shannon, my salesperson, who not only started with… a friendly conversation, but wasn't interested in directing me to some $40,000 vehicle. He was more interested in finding out what my needs were and what he could do to meet those needs. I also met some people from the service department and they are just as friendly. I would recommend that if you are looking for either a new or used vehicle, to go check out Peak Kia and Shannon and give them a chance!Wonderful car buying experience
by axneal24 on 09/05/2014I had such a wonderful car buying experience. Victor worked with me so patiently and professionally and made this difficult process as easy and pain free as possible. He answered every single question and was very knowledgeable about each… and every car I looked at. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable in every decision and got me where I needed to be! I love my new car!!Great!
by heatherarmijo on 09/02/2014Shannon was great to work with! He made the enitre buying a car experience simple.awesome service
by jmuranko on 09/01/2014Shannon made the whole experiance as easy as possible. he will definitely be my recommendation when my friwnds and family are looking for a vehicleSalesman made it for me (for once)
by cgoorman on 08/29/2014Im writing this review solely on the experience from my salesman Victor. After three hours of trying out car after car he was patient and respectful the entire time. I feel bad that I was kind of being a little too picky but he was great. I… got the exact car I was looking for and Im so thankful that I ended up working with Victor. They had great prices and quick sales process too*****
by nolannomore on 08/21/2014I have to say that I was very impressed. I couldnt be happier with my new Sorento. Thanks so much to Victor S. for helping me out and to Peak Kia for knowing how to really take care of a customer.Splendid!
by JennMendicino on 07/09/2014I was in the market for a new car and I knew right away who to go to - Shannon N. at Peak Kia. This is the 4th car we have leased from him and he is always incredible to work with. I appreciate his sales style because I don't leave there… feeling dirty, like I just dealt with a car salesman. Shannon is professional, personal, and has a sense of humor. I told Shannon I like dealing with him because he is honest. Shannon has great customer service!! Thanks for all of your help Shannon.BEST DEALERSHIP IN LITTLETON BY FAR
by tominlittleton on 11/29/2010I went into Peak Kia on my last nerve, I had been jerked around by a hand full of other dealerships and was about to give up on buying my new car. When I walked into peak and met Chris Neira I found a place and a salesperson I will be using… for the rest of my life. Chris not only found me the perfect car (sorento) he made the whole process a breeze. We drove the car and I took delivery in less than two hours. Most of which was me trying to figure out which color! Take it from me if you are sick of the games and not being able to find a salesperson to listen to you go see Peak and even Chris if he is not too busy. Good salespeople are hard to come by. Thanks peak and thanks Chris.I never knew a Kia Dealership could be so great
by carbuyerdenver on 05/18/2010Four years ago I was 58 years old and I never bought a car form a Large Dealership. I always went through local used car lots. I enjoyed the used car lots friendly and personal feel; however, I never bought a reliable automobile from them.… Despite the car lots promises and limited warranties, I didn't have a car last more than three years. After my last car broke down, my daughter recommended that I give Peak Kia a try. After copious amounts of her nagging, I reluctantly went into the dealership. To say I was surprised would be an understatement. They were very friendly courteous and helped me find a great used Sorrento. On top of the good sales services, I was shocked to find out how extensive the used warranty is. I have had nothing but a good experience with the repair shop, especially since everything I've need tweaked has been covered by my warranty. Thank guys keep up the good work, SharonWORST DEALERSHIP!!!STAY AWAY!!!
by stellastar11 on 04/12/2010I can;t tell you how much I hated this place. Out of all the years I have bought a car this was the worst!! We come in with prefinancing..no one was around so we go inside and they get someone to let us test drive..he comes out talking on… his cell phone and seemed completely uninterested in us. After test driving the car he stands there and stares at us..like um hello!!!! Finally we get to his desk barely interested still and disappears to talk to his manager (did not tell us!) then was like take the buy it sticker price or dont..we left immediately. NEVER will I return!!! Found another dealership and bought a car :)Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced
by jennycolorado on 03/09/2010Our experience with Peak KIA was nothing less than horrific. The Used Car Manager started screaming at my husband and myself when we asked if there was anything the lot could do for a small dent in the rear bumper after we had purchased… the vehicle. He never once thanked us, introduced himself or apologized for the show he put on in the middle of the dealership. Never have I experienced something like this and I will be telling everyone I know to steer clear of this dealership. This man should not be allowed to work with the public. After doing some research on the dealership I have discovered that I am not alone in my experience. There is no doubt that the type of treatment receieved at this dealership will eventually end in a lawsuit. I strongly warn against buying at this dealership!I'm going to tell you the same think I tell every knuckle head negotiator: I find it laughable when a dealership scrapes its prices down to the most affordable price, then they place a huge pricing sticker on it. When a consumer like you comes in to a dealership you think it's up for negotiation. Do you walk in to Target or Wal-Mart and attempt to negotiate a set price? No. If you want to negotiate don't go for the already priced cars. Look at the New or Used with only a window spec sticker. Know you pricing and budget and then begin to negotiate. And to answer your question they stay in business by providing a good product and service (as does any businesses). Every business also has a few bad apples. Being a small businesses owner myself, I assume employees such as the ones mentioned above have been fired....I hope. Informed Consumer
I sooo agree with you! I totally wasted my time today..I offered to buy a car a couple hundred dollars off the sticker price and I had money in hand and they were like no we will get someone to buy full price! I am so glad I did not buy from there..How are they still in business??
lol typos are fun
Don't buy at Peak
by cargirlz on 08/23/2009We had an awful experience. The salesman told us that he needed to "maximize his time" and we had to test drive a car we told him was out of our price range. He made us feel like he didn't have time to deal with us if we were not going to… buy the $29,000 car he wanted us to. He then tried to tell us that our credit scores were much lower than they actually are. We came with current credit reports in hand. He was without a doubt the rudest car salesman I have ever dealt with! Make sure you know your credit scores before going to Peak Kia they are out to scam the uneducated buyer!! We promptly left and bought at [another dealership] with not problems at all.Don't buy from Peak Kia
by presley07 on 02/07/2009Worst experience of my life. They sold me a car that I had in the shop 45 days after I drove it off the lot. A spark plug wire had snapped and the mechanic said that is something that does not happen over night. A simple tuneup would have… prevented that. Two days later it overheated and the engine needs to be replaced. The mechanic said this was caused by a faulty fan. The warranty I purchased with the car did not cover any of this and when I called Kristy Lawson at Peak Kia she was very rude and did not want to deal with me. When I later called her on this she said "I was just getting out of the emergency room" in a very hateful and accusatory manner. Then why was she taking a business call? I left a message with the owner to call me. Never heard from him. I am now responsible for the loan of a car that lasted me a month and a half and 940 miles. Peak Kia will tell you anything to sell you a car. I was told that their cars were in good shape so I would not have to choose between making a payment or having it repaired. That is a laugh. I have bought several used cars from different dealerships and never had such a horrible experience like I did at Peak Kia.This sounds like a frustrating experience. No one would enjoy that. I just have four comments / questions about your post? A)How old was used the car you bought B)How many miles did it have C)Did you get it independently looked at by a mechanic? D)You lied. Because you didn't buy a used warranty, it would cover 60,000 miles with kias standard used warranty (940 miles is not possible with a warranty)
Good People to work with
by glenncrutch on 02/24/2008After sitting for hours at Shortline Kia, then getting raked over the coals in their finance department, I walked out and was very dissapointed. I was treated like I was a moron. Then someone told me about Peak Kia and my experience… with them was what you would expect from an award winning Kia Dealer. I was treated with respect, and the staff there was very cordial to work with. I got the car I wanted, at the price that was advertised. I was in and out of the finance department in about 15 minutes.Great Customer Service
by joecam55 on 02/21/2008Recently, I purchased a Kia Sorento from Peak and I was very happy with the professional salesman who helped me get a great deal. I have had several bad experiences at other dealerships around Denver and plan on buying all my future… vehicles from Peak.Great Place to Buy a Car
by sally24 on 02/13/2008I bouught a Kia Sedona from Peak and was extremely happy with the staff and how I was treated. I received the price I was promised and the payment I needed to fit my budget. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. I… definately would recommend them to my family and friends, and won't buy anywhere else when I am ready to purchase another car.Peak will lie to you and try to cheat you. Bait and switch tactics. Sleazy!
by ashoe on 01/25/2008I called Peak twice to confirm a price that was listed in the paper. Both times I was told that I had the price correct. I drove all the way down there only to be told that there was only 1 car at that price and that it had just been sold… (on a Friday night no less-- clearly this was a lie). The sales guy, Paul Beaty, was unapologetic about lying to me. He was extremely rude and flat out told me this bait and switch was a tactic they used to lure in buyers. I will never by from Peak Kia or their affiliates, and I will probably never buy a Kia since they let their dealers act so unethically. You are guaranteed to be ripped off if you dare trust these [violative content deleted]. We had just bought a new car from Arapahoe Hyundai and they were great and very honest. Like night and day between these two dealership. They are totally sleazy at Peak. Stay Away!!!A Great Place to Buy a Car in every respect
by bfulkerson on 09/26/2007I have bought several vehicles from Peak Kia, and I have always been treated courteously by the salespeople and managers alike. They gave me a fair market price for my trades, and a great price on the vehicles that I bought from them. No… wonder they are the Number 1 Kia Dealer in Colorado. I would highly recommend Peak Kia for New or Used Vehicles.Customer for Life
by Jinni on 04/15/2013updated 04/26/2025I am very pleased with the service i got at Peak Kia. I was in a situation where I was looking to trade in my current Kia Forte for a bigger car. I shopped around at a few dealerships ( Planet Honda, Planet Hyundai, etc.), but the reason… why I ended up doing the deal at Peak Kia was because of the service. Shannon was phenomenal, and went above and beyond my expectations to help me out. The service he provided was sincere, friendly, and professional. You could tell that he really wanted to try and get me the best deal and that he cared about me as a customer. I have nothing but good things to say about Peak Kia, their staff, and Shannon in particular. Next time I buy another car, I will definitely be doing it at Peak Kia. Thanks for everything, you have received a customer for life. Thanks for your review! We are pleased that Shannon was able to help you, and that you felt that he was friendly, professional and sincere! It is always our goal to provide excellent customer service and to go above and beyond in any way we can! We hope you are loving your new purchase, and we thank you for coming in to see us! Peak Kia truly is a great idea!
by HiRise21 on 07/03/2013updated 04/26/2025We purchased a Sorento. We worked with Matthew S. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative and accommodating. Matthew answered every question in detail. Patience seemed to be his middle name! Buying a car can be a very unpleasant… experience but Matthew and Peak Kia made that experience not only pleasant but enjoyable. I highly recommend Matthew S. and Peak Kia!Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. Our team works hard to ensure that each customer is able to drive away in the car that they desire, and I'm happy that the efforts of our Sales and Finance departments paid off in your case. I'd like to be the first to welcome you and your family to the Peak Kia family, and we hope that you will consider us again for your future needs. - Mike Byerly, General Sales Manager, mbyerly@peakkia.com or 303 904-7803.
Great service
by pgrell88 on 05/01/2014updated 04/26/2025I was very happy to stop in to Peak Kia. I worked with Enrique and it was by far the best car buying experience I have been through. Low pressure and straight forward sales tactics made it easy to look around and pick out a new Sorento. The… finance team was great and I was done buying really quick.
