Best dealership around by FAR

Make sure to ask for Hayden Joeckel when you go in, he was absolutely… AMAZING in helping me figure out the best car for me (and price) and I couldn't be happier! Best of all, he wasn't being pushy at all, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about my needs and it really showed that he put me first! He's definitely my go-to car guy now! I can honestly say, this was the first time that I've purchased a car and left feeling 110% satisfied, happy, and confident about my new vehicle! by BCT1234567 on 08/08/2018new 2019 Kia. When I took my car for test drive it had just 1 mile on it, however, I noticed a white vertical scratch on door about 3 inches long. It is a black car and the scratch was very obvious. I had a friend with me who saw it and I… pointed it out to salesman. I chose to buy that car assuming that they would never allow a buyer to take a car home with a scratch in the paint. I called prior to the pick up date to again mention and remind them about the scratch and that my expectation was that the it be repaired to new condition prior to me signing and taking delivery on the car. When I arrived on day of pick up, I asked to view the car right away to make sure the scratch was gone. Initially the scratch had been concealed and was no longer white in color, however, the shape and depression of the scratch was still visible and it was now black-ish in color, but, still there! They promised to repair it while I was there signing my paperwork. I have a service ticket for that , it says " WE OWE " on it. After I viewed the scratch again, it looked invisible to me, the paint in that area was shiny and black and perfect looking. I took the car home and after a heavy rain, BOOM, the scratch became whitish in color again and very obvious! I called right away and was told 'come on down and we will fix it.' I questioned why I didn't need an exact time, they said to just bring it in. I live far away it is over 1 1/2 hours drive. I drove there with intent to permanently fix it. I expected to wait for some time or receive a loaner car that day as it would take a few hours or more for them to buff the scratch out, wet sand or possibly paint the car to permanently repair that scratch. I am not sure how the following happened. Once outside to look over the scratch with the sales manager, it was miraculously gone again. I feel that while I was in or around the building someone went outside to my car, rubbed a rag with some sort of wax or applied some sort of glaze or polish and temporarily concealed the scratch again! I found the sales manager to be rude, patronizing, and unprofessional! He was making jokes about the scratch disappearing and when questioned he made me feel very uncomfortable. I called him out on his scratch disappearing act and told him that I would be very annoyed if I went home and the scratch reappeared. After just 2 days at home, the scratch is back again. I refuse to ever deal with Crowley again. If they are being this dishonest with a scratch, I wonder what other things they get away with. They have had 3 chances to repair a thin scratch on a brand new 2019 car. One of those chances involved a long drive and inconvenience to me. I called Kia, their advice is that this is an issue with the dealer and not Kia. Through communication with all parties, the sales manager would now like me to return yet again to allow them the opportunity to fix it. At this point I am so upset that I may choose to skip the long drive and live with a permanent scratch that was there before I even agreed to purchase the car. This could be what the dealer was hoping for all along, that I would simply give up and live with a scratched car. This is the feeling I am getting from that dealership and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Be wise and choose your dealer carefully.Pleasurable Transaction!

by Bailey092002 on 04/11/2017There was a lot that went on with my 3 hour sales visit, next night phone call from manager and the 3rd day to purchase new car, which I walked out of the sale, thank goodness! Word of advice, obtain your own financing and do not let them… talk you into financing with them and,they will match it. Careful of the back and forth between the GM, Mike and sales, Artur. Artur will write an amt down and say if you agree you can drive the car home tonight. You agree and mike them says, we can't do that. Ups the,price artur gave you. Order a car fax report, even on a dealer demo, you will be surprised on what you see. Check the retail and trade in price from car fax compared to crowley new car Msrp dealers new demo car price. There is so much they do not disclose, be careful purchasing here.Oil Change

Awful Customer Service
by gemlei1068 on 05/25/2016I never write reviews but my experience with Crowley yesterday, specifically Syed Ahmed was deplorable!! My car was recently totaled so I saw a white Optima online, dropped by to take a look but it was sold. Was shown a vehicle out of… my price range so settled on something else although was incredibly hesitant as it wasn't what I really wanted. From the beginning I was pressured to give a $100 deposit just to run numbers. I'm sure this man could smell my naïveté for car buying a mile away especially since I handed over my card before I knew what my options would be. He presented me with an incomplete sales sheet and let me know what my monthly payments might be but he wasn't sure. All the while he keeps asking when I can bring in the down payment. I explained multiple times I was waiting for the insurance check for the equity of my totaled vehicle, it should arrive Friday and would take a couple days to clear. He demanded I bring in the payment by Tuesday the 31st as it's months end. I said I wasn't giving the entire amount of the check as a down payment and his response was that they would cut me a check for the difference. Mind you I still had not submitted any of the required verification info (proof of income, utility bill, etc), didn't know if I was even approved for this vehicle and of course didn't know monthly payments. I felt uncomfortable and let Syed know that I would need some time to think things over. He was incredibly upset and said "but honey I asked you three times if you liked the car! What changed in the last 10 minutes that you now have to think about it?" He then provided many scenarios in which he could drop the prices and lower my monthly payment, including on the 1st vehicle he showed me that was out of my price range and could not get approved for. I let him know I was feeling pressured to make a decision and I was just not ready considering I had only been there 25 minutes. He raised his voice and told me he was the one feeling pressured and that I was wasting his time. That it takes a lot of time to do all that paperwork and show cars. He told me to sign my receipts (which I should not have done) and they'd refund my deposit in 3-5 days. I was floored and quickly got out of there. I've dealt with really bad customer service over the years but this was by far the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!I am sorry to hear you did not have a pleasant experience with Crowley Kia. It would mean a lot to our dealership if you gave me an opportunity to do my best in making things better. I would greatly appreciate if you can contact me to help me understand the situation. And they spoke with me over the phone and then I never heard back from them, they said they were going to… work with the banks at least call me back like you said and tell me what happened or what my options are. SERVICE CENTER REVIEW
by wendyautosales on 03/21/2016This review is for the Service department, specifically for the help I recieced from Ed Donahue and manager Scott Patterson. I have an 05 Kia Spectra that has been worked on by a number of people. Lord only knows at what point my car was… improperly handled before I sought out to have my spark plugs done by these Professional Mechanics at Crowley.By far this has been the most pleasant experience because of there honesty and willingness to help me. They were attentive to my concerns after bringing the vehicle back to recheck spark plugs I had put on by them a month ago. Turns out, a previous mechanic did not properly secure my main connection to the spark plugs, and instead of being pinned to another large service charge both Ed and Scott offered to fix the issue immediately with no damage done to me! This could have been a nightmare, but fear not, these guys are honest, attentive and surely know what it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. I walked away just a short hour later with the problem completely fixed, I would recommend anyone and everyone to get there done here! You'll walk away knowing your car was in great hands! Beware of Dealership
by churchgyrl on 02/25/2016I purchased a 2010 GMC Yukon Denali in March of 2014. When I brought the SUV in for the first oil change I heard a knocking sound as when I drove it home while turning corners. I called the service department to complain of the noise, they… looked at it and indicated that could not find nothing. Several times going forward after each oil change I complained about the noise and they indicated that they could not find anything wrong with the SUV. After going back and forth with the service department over several months I was told that even though the SUV was under warranty if they took apart the engine and found nothing I would be responsible to pay to have it put back together. I did not have the funds to pay such a fee at the time. Fast forward to another oil change I had done, they then gave me a list of repairs that needed to be done only to find out it was right after my warranty had expired. I feel that they set me up and was patching the problem so it will last so long until my warranty expired and then I would have to pay everything out of pocket get the problem fixed correctly or either they knew it would be drivable until the warranty expired. When asked about the extended warranty I had requested only then was I told by the car salesman when I asked for the monthly payments to be reduced when I bought the SUV that they cut my extended warranty. I ended up taking the SUV to have it fixed at another repair shop and it turns out that I had to replace the entire engine. This ended up costing me almost $7,000.00 out of pocket. I felt that this all could have been avoided if the service team would have been honest from the beginning as to what the problems were with the SUV. I could not just buy another SUV because I still have 4 years of payments left.Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Excellent dealership!

A business is only as good as it's employees and this business far exceeded our… expectations, we had the pleasure of dealing with Rob Boyle and Kara who made our purchase effortless, not to mention Peter with his sense of humor. We have purchased a number of vehicles in the past at dealerships that we would never, ever return to because of their poor customer service, we were very leery as to where to go. I researched Kia's online and received many e-mails from car dealerships soliciting our business, we chose Crowley's in Bristol because they were the only one that called us, which was a nice personal touch. Rob and Kara were the best, we went there in the afternoon and drove away with our new car the next morning, for once it actually felt good buying a new car.
