It was very fortunate that I had Louis L. as my sales representative as I could see from the start that he understood exactly the type… of car I was looking for. Concerning price, etc., I decided to wait for a pre-owned car. Lou advised me regularly, regarding what had come on the lot. What really impressed me was that he rang on a Sunday to let me know that a very desirable car had become available. I was there as soon as possible, and Lou had spotted exactly the car I wanted. Addressing the paper work with Mr. G. went very smoothly, and getting an additional key made was speed itself, thanks to Mr. D. The entire experience was better than I could have expected.Love my CRV.

by JMCESQ11 on 04/21/2014updated 04/26/2025Mike B is exeptional, period. In 2011, my wife and I were looking to get into a new vehicle and explored the possibility of leasing a CRV. We did some online research and test drove a couple models before deciding we wanted the EX-L… package. We went down to Braman Honda to do see if we could work something out. Long story short, the sales associate we originally dealt with completely misled us regarding the price out of pocket, and did so at 11 p.m. on a work night after we had been at the dealership for hours. We walked out of the dealership and placed our search for a new vehicle on hold. Later that year, my wife and I returned to Braman to again see about leasing a CRV. This time, we had the pleasure of working with Mike B. He was very professional, friendly, attentive and did not pressure us to close a deal. We ended up leasing a 2011 CRV from him and loved it. Over the course of our lease, Mike periodically called just to see how we liked the car and make sure we were not having any issues. My wife and I recently had our first child and, feeling the need for a larger vehicle, contacted Mike B regarding current options for us to trade our lease in early and get into a larger vehicle. Again, Mike B responded to our inquiry quickly and provided us with a great option for us to trade our lease in early without getting slammed with penalties or having to pay out the remainder of our lease. Because it was late on a Friday night, Mike suggested that we take a Honda Pilot overnight to see how we liked it and return the following day to finalize a deal, should we decide to move forward. No strings attached. We were not pressured to come close the deal ASAP or subjected to the stereotypical car sales tactics. We ended up returning the next morning and signing the contract for the 2014 Honda Pilot. Mike made the transaction as painless as I can imagine and went above and beyond to meet and exceed our expectations. We have had the car for a couple of days now and Mike has already been in touch just to see how things are going and see if there is anything he could do to make our experience even more enjoyable. The moral to this review is, there are many car sales associates that could learn a lot from Mike B. As long as I continue to lease or purchase Honda vehicles, I will exclusively use Mike B as my sales associate. I could not imagine better service. Honda truly caters to their customers

I purchased a Honda CRV, dealt with a salesman by the name of Adil B. Not only was he patient with me but he went out of his way to… make sure everything was working smoothly. I went in with a maximum amount I was willing to pay and they hit it right on the nail. As we were at the dealership he was courteous enough to offer us something to drink while we waited. I have in the past purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla and unfortunately have had extremely bad experiences dealing with Toyota. I can see how Honda caters to their customers. I will most definetly refer anyone I know to this dealership. I know they will not be disappointed. Experience with buying a preowned certified 2010 Honda Civic LX
by yula0053 on 10/05/2013updated 04/26/2025I am one of these folks who rarely buy cars. I run them into the ground until they are almost ready for the junk yard. I do not enjoy the car buying experience. After 15 of driving a Ford Taurus I am going to have to buy a replacement… because it is falling apart. I did a lot internet research looking for a low mileage used car in South Florida. I must have looked hundreds of cars. Most of them being lots of miles on a a few year old car being sold by someone I've never heard of. Finally I went to Braman Honda's web site. I had heard good things about Braman from other members of my immediate family. I found a three year old Honda Civic LX with 17,400 miles on. Preowned certified car. I drove up there in that beat up old Taurus. I ended up running Mr. Smiley Sam P. He was very helpful. We on test drive around the block in the middle of the rain. I asked him for permission to take the car to my mechanic Andrew - Kramer's Auto in Boca. No problems. No hassle. Go take it. We got it in the bay. It was a really good looking car. Took it back up to Braman. They were happy to take my old car off my hands. If you ever tried to buy a car when you got something that is about to die. Most car dealers want nothing to do with vehicles. It was very easy process with no hassle at all. None of this - wouldn't like to look at this car or here. Or we can add primer on the bottom. No push the car loan when I said I going pay cash. We will take your paper check on your checking account. We take your Taurus and resale to a wholesaler so you do not have to mess with a private sale. They did the annual on the registration and all the paperwork. Cleanly and quicker - at least as quickly as possible with something as complicated as get rid of old car - transfer tag - renew tag and so on. I was very impressed with their willingness to make it happen my way. Without all attempts to try up the bill or sell me a higher margin car. The only extra they tried to sell me was the extended warranty. When I said no. Moved on right on completing the sale without any pressure. If you are looking for a car without feeling like you are hunting by a pack of sharks, Braman Honda is a good place to go. Ask for Sam P.Thank you for sharing your story! They are straight forward and understanding, not there to just push cars. They are both… patient and available anytime for answering our questions. difficulty trying to work with internet sales manager

He made no attempt to actually listen to me or learn what we were trying to do. He was abrupt and rude. I am… hard pressed to understand why anyone would put up with that treatment. Price may be a factor in any purchase (he was aggressive indicating he would beat anyone!) but his manner of dealing with me as a customer was appalling. I stopped by on my way to a Kia dealer, the Accord was my first choice, but I did not think I could make the numbers work on an Accord. But I wanted to look to reassure myself. Laurent came up and I… told him I wanted an Accord but I knew he could not sell me the car for what I wanted to spend. He asked that I give a chance, we test drove the car and he went over all the options and warranties, we came back and he presented me with a purchase price, that was very close to where I wanted to be, I countered, getting me where I needed to be, and they accepted, it was that easy, I was shocked less than one hour from the time I got there. I have spent hours at other dealers going back and forth. The paper work was just as fast and hassle free. Before we left Laurent set up the memory on the seat adjustments, the phone settings, radio, clock, he made sure we understood how everything worked. He followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was okay. I have had the car a month now and could not be happier with the car and the whole experenice, I have to say they exceeded all my expectations. Customer satifaction is very much a priority for them.Happy camper
