by August73 on 03/21/2020My situation started very bad when Allan Perez from Bramen Hyundai pre own Sold me an pre own 2018 X4 to which I put down 8000 and I was never advise once that car was a reck and not once he did nor sake person discussed car fax report with… me to make matter worse the sale person that delivered the car to my home lied to in my face saying that he disclose that information I would never purchase a reck car. Thank god for Jerome Froster in Bramen pre own financing I was able to find a car to my liking and with low mileage and I sign off on car fax report this time everything was discuss with during my time of signing. I was treated with the upmost respect. I will never refer or take my business to bramen of Hyundai pre own. I was lied to and mislead. I’ve reported this incident to the bbb. Again thank you Mr J Froster and Maritza for everything. I truly wish I would of met you both prior to this Horrific experience that you had to fix. Sincerely Ms AugusteExcellence in Service
