RX 350 Lease

After thorough research, I wanted to lease a new car and knew what were my "must haves" and the budget to operate within. I visited several dealerships looking at cars. The sales consultants… at the other dealerships were trying to sell me and drag me through their dreaded sales pitch and cycle. I walked into the Lexus dealership and met Johannes. Right away I knew I was in the right place. He listened to my needs and provided solutions. Johannes tailored the process to what I was expecting and not a "one size fits all" approach. Best car purchase experience ever!

He was wonderful. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years. I always had a feeling… that I was duped or "robbed". Well this experience changed how I feel about purchasing a vehicle. Naaman was well informed and well versed when it came to the model we were looking at. We originally wanted to look a the 2013 CPO IS 250s. But after looking a the 2014s, we changed our minds. I let Naaman know what my "must haves" were and what I could go without. Well he found THE car with everything I wanted. WE purchased the car without any problems. Everything went very smooth and we were done and driving our new car in no time. There was a discrepancy with their current financing deal. He worked with the F & I folks and they honored the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership, but most of all Mr. Naaman J. He was excellent! He is an asset to the Lexus of Tampa Bay family!Thank you for your kind words and review! I ended up at Lexus of Tampa Bay, and have been totally satisfied. I have two cars, and Charles Drivas (the service rep) has been outstanding… in taking care of my issues. He has always made sure I had a "loaner", and diligently kept me posted on "work-in-progress." Most importantly, he has been honest about what things did not need to be done. He has never attempted to push unneeded service on me. In my contact with other staff at the dealership, people have been courteous, helpful, and happy to assist me. I especially appreciate the service since both my cars were purchased elsewhere. I will continue to use Lexus of Tampa Bay.Great Service Department for Warranty Issues

They always gave me a new Lexus loaner car until my car was done. They always… detailed my car out of the shop and topped it off with gas for no charge! And, they have great coffee and donuts, complimentary of course. It will be hard to own anything but a Lexus going forward.recent purchase
