Incredible Car Buying Process

This was by far the best experience I have had or observed. Seeing a price online that was much better than other dealers, I decided… to send an email to request additional information. I received a response within the hour (it was before 7 am). I sent many emails to gather information and confirm pricing - as I simply do not have time to spend a day at a dealership. Once I was convinced the deal was real - I decided to move forward. They sent someone to pick me up since I did not have a trade. I scanned/emailed information in advance to speed up the paperwork process and was at the dealership to complete the deal for only an hour - start to finish. During that hour, everything was straight-forward, easy, and there was no haggling - their original pricing was honored and no one tried to push me to do more. I arrived with financing already secured. Their finance person asked if he could try to do better and was able to get me MUCH better financing than my own bank. Overall, this experience was incredible and I would highly recommend this dealership. The process was straightforward and honest. I worked with Betsey and Shannon who were both great. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the paperwork process was easy and quick. This is a female friendly dealership - what a change from past car buying experiences! Advice - do your homework, know what you are looking for and what the prices are in the area, and then go to Holler and you will find their one price system to be the best price and the best process in the area!Provided excellent customer service!!!

Excellent customer service and delivery on brand promises. If you find yourself in the market for a Hyundai seek these folks… out and they will take great care of you! Dale and Ronnie were very helpful with answering all my questions and exceeding my expectations. I wasn't sure what to expect since car dealerships have horrible reputations for taking advantage of customers. My experience was hassle and pressure free! I had visited half a dozen dealerships before I visited Holler Hyundai. I was very pleased with Micheals (Holler… salesman) straight forward approach. At no time was I pressured. I was interested in a new 2011 Sante Fe GLS and test drove it. The Best Price for this car listed on the window sticker clearly stated $19,999 plus tax, tag, and dealer fee ($599). I did not buy he car that day and was later contacted by another dealer that I visited several days before. I advised him that Holler was offering a 2011 new Sante Fe GLS for $19,999 plus tax, tag, and dealer fee ($599). The dealer said that wasnt possible, the price was below dealer cost, and there must be hidden fees. The next day I returned to Holler Hyundai and agreed to purchase the Sante Fe at the sticker price plus tax, tag, and dealer fee. While we were waiting for the documentation my wife asked about adding a GPS and back up camera to the car. Holler said no problem we have another car, same color, options, plus a dealer installed GPS and back up camera for an additional $699. I was expecting to pay at least twice that amount for the GPS/Camera. We end up buying the car with the GPS and back up camera. We got what we considered a great deal and would recommend Holler Hyundai.Great Job

Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Juan Carlos A. and catered to the entire time there. No sales pressure,… very knowledgeable, personable, and super helpful with finding me the exact car I was looking for. Juan Carlos was great at answering all my questions and handling the flow between us and Eric (who handled my trade in) and James (who handled our financing) - both who were very helpful as well. As a first time car buyer I was very skeptical about the experience I was going to have, but am thankful that Juan Carlos was our sales rep! I love my new Elantra GT, and am very pleased with the overall experience. Kudos, Holler Hyundai on knowing how to run a dealership and treat your customers.Surprised and Delighted!!!

Most look at a woman and say to themselves "Great, here she comes, this will be easy". What most car sales people don't acknowledge, is that a woman usually does… her homework prior to shopping for a vehicle, as she is always underestimated in her abilities and knowledge. My husband and I have over 60 years combined real estate and mortgage sales, so we are very sensitive to many different sales techniques. I had been doing my due diligience for more than 3 months, Ford, Infiniti, Lexus, Nissan, etc. Our daughter had a Hyundai for her first MiniVan, no problems, no issues. But, I had not checked out Hyundai. My husband recommended Holler Hyundai due to their excellent reputation in business and community. This purchase was one of the best experiences in a car purchase that I have ever had. From the very first approach of the salesman, Chris P., we were treated with respect,courtesy, professionalism, and product knowledge. The purchase was painless as car purchases go from beginning to end, from first look to signing the paperwork for our purchase. I am very grateful to have been treated with such respect and courtesy. We will recommend this dealership to anyone we meet. We are thrilled with our new 2013 Santa Fe! The value, accessories, warranty and service all together provide a great purchase package. Dale H. is a wonderful salesman that is on your side and wants to find the best car (model and price)… for you. When I decided I wanted to purchase a certified pre-owned 2010 Elantra, Dale took me through the whole process to make sure I understood what was going on and where my money was going. I thought my budget was not going to line up with the car that I truly wanted but Dale H. made it happen! Jim at Holler Hyundai really did his best to work with me for the trade in value of my current car and giving me the best price possible. Crystal J. took me through finance and treated me with respect while doing her job efficiently to close my deal. I was so thankful for Dales willingness to take my desires in purchasing a new car and make them his own. He had an incredible amount of patience with me. If you are looking for an awesome car and sales people that are truly interested in getting you the BEST Deal for you and not for them....I highly recommend Holler… Hyundai. Our sales representative, Quan Loc, was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, very respectful of your preferences and gave me great advice on what was best for my needs. It was a total different experience from other dealerships where the sales people are on commission and they push cars on you that you don't even want to see. Quan was excellent, he's patient, he actually listens to what the customer has to say. The price you see is THE PRICE!!! No games just a great car buying experience. We drove two hours down to Holler Hyundai from Jacksonville just to do business with her. No dealer in the North Florida area could match Holler's price,… and believe me I contacted EVERY dealer in the area. James Addis in the finance department was the friendliest, most knowledgeable "money guy" I have ever dealt with. We were never pressured into or out of anything. Ronnie is the reason I am telling all my friends and family to buy their next vehicle at Holler. She really went out of her way to make sure EVERY concern I had was addressed before we drove down there. She is the most courteous and professional car salesperson I know.Excellent Dealership!

Jonathan went above and beyond my expectations!! I would recommend anyone go here to purchase a car,… it is a WONDERFUL experience! I have purchased many cars and NO ONE had the knowledge, professionalism, NON PUSHY, and worked as hard to get me what I wanted than Jonathan Vargas! They sold me a car that the a/c smells like mold and knew it but didn't say anything at the time of purchase and I have had nothing but problems also the… manager would never return my calls or meet with me and the staff for the most part were arrogant. I will never buy from hyundai period again and after having my car for only a year I am trading it in for a different make I have no choice since they refuse to help me! Don't buy from these people very unperfessional!Second Straight Purchase from Holler Hyundai!

Service was second to none. I had been communicating via e-mail with Fred C. (who sold me our first Sonata… Hybrid) and Fred remembered just which car I was interested in. Fred was already with two customers so he asked Mike F. to help me. Mike was GREAT! Answered all questions and made sure I understood everything. Holler has their lowest price on every car. I knew just what I was going to pay before I walked in. We agreed on price for my trade in and we were on our way to buying our new car! Everything with Holler was no-nonsense and up front. They had a busy weekend (not a bad thing) and we had to wait to go to a finance manager. This gave Mike time to fill up the gas tank and the detailing staff time to get my car clean. Within 3 minutes of signing all paperwork I was on my way out the door! I believe repeat business is a big plus for any business. When spending $20k+ on a new car it's even a bigger plus. Next time my family needs a car, the first place we will go is to Holler Hyundai. Ask for Fred or Mike. They are two class act people who will make sure your buying experience is the best it can be! Oh, I can't forget to mention Chris T., the new car sales manager. He made sure, multiple times that I was happy with my buying process. He did want me to buy two cars... but wasn't going to budge on doing a buy one, get one free offer I was asking for :-)
