Unfortunately, the sales manager was rude, dismissive and tactless. He answered every question and went out of his way to make the experience fun. Of note, the buying process at Global isn't the time… wasting ordeal we have had at other German auto dealerships. I liked that Anthony himself assisted us in pairing our phones and explaining the new technologies on our model. He encouraged me to call him with questions which I've done several times already. This was the best dealership experience we had had in years.We are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! Great response to minor issue
