    I purchased a 2015 F150. Harold and Jay were great along with all the other staff members. They answered every question I had and were able to get me where I needed to be financially. It was a great experience and a pure pleasure to deal with everyone at Courtesy Ford. I will certainly return to Courtesy for my next Ford

    Need to fix vibration after rotate balance. There are no weights on the wheels. Is there any thing missing from the balancing?

    Everyone is so friendly and helpful the only concern U have is the wait time is to long I hate having to be there 11/2 hours just for service if you could improve this you all would really be awesome both times I have had along wait for my service

    I purchased a 2013 Ford Flex. Staff and service was great, found exactly what I was looking for. Have all my service done here and had to use the collision center. Everyone and every part of Courtesy Ford is outstanding

    The staff were great, they listened to what I wanted and showed me only those vehicles that I was interested in. Once the vehicle was decided on, they worked with me to get the best financing I could get. Great job guys!!!

    This 2013 Ford vehicle would not start if it sat for more than a day, driven by my son at college. A local dealership replaced the alternator ("overcharging", but battery ok). When we picked up, would not start for dealership. Must be the battery now, replaced battery. Drove home. Got ready to go back to college. Would not start again. Jumped off, took to Courtesy. Courtesy found a draw on battery from the radio. Replaced radio. After one week, seems to be starting. We'll see how it goes over time.

    Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic found other issues some were dealt with on this visit, others required parts to be ordered. The Ranger is back in for those items today.
