If you could ever describe a vehicle purchase as being “pleasant”, this would be it. My salesman was Harrison King, who was a pleasure to work with. There was absolutely no pressure from him or any of the people involved. Everyone was very… courteous, friendly and helpful. I would use this dealership again without question. I give it a huge thumbs up! ("Huge" would be in all caps if it were allowed!!!).

As someone that puts 30,000 miles a year on… this car, I have seen these folks in action regularly over the last 2 years. Their friendly, accommodating and professional aproach has imoressed me from my first best. However when i got ready to buy my car this other dealer was less than helpful. I finally built my car online and sent… it to Subaru of Kennesaw. Stephanie emailed me quickly and said she would be in touch with me in a couple of hours with my quote. I got the quote promptly, and it was a great price. Stephanie was so easy to work with and very informative on service plans that were available to me. Johnny had my paperwork ready when i got there. It was such a smooth experience. Louis, the general manager, and William, sales specialist, were both terrific. I didn't get the usual sales mumbo-jumbo...just a… great price and a smooth transaction. I love my Outback, and appreciated the way that I was treated by Subaru of Kennesaw...they even gave me two coupons for lunch while I was waiting on the service department to get my car prepped. by ghbvi on 04/04/2013updated 04/25/2025We recently helped our daughter purchase her first car - a used Subaru Forester from Subaru of Kennesaw.William was our salesman and he worked with Johnny to give us a very legitimate deal. Financially, this purchase was a reach for my… daughter...and for us. But these two guys made it happen without being pushy or too "salesy." The hard part came less than a thousand miles later when the check engine light came on. Here came the real test. The Forester was sold to us without a warranty. Lucy (the Service Advisor) and Steve (the Service Manager) had the car checked out without question. There was an issue that could not be detected before it surfaced after the purchase. They stood behind their car and offered to make the repair at a VERY reasonable cost to us. We accepted the offer. While the repair was being made, another hidden issue was uncovered. That repair was made without hesitation and at no additional cost to us. I can honestly say, this was the best experience I have had with a car purchase/repair all the way around. (I am 54 years old and have purchased 8 vehicles). GREAT DEALERSHIP!Great Service @ SOK
