    My spouse and I began our search for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited about 3 months ago. We live in Rossville, Ga. very close to Chattanooga , Tn. Naturally we started our search close to our home and visited every Jeep dealership within 50 miles looking at the Jeep Wrangler selection. Not only were we unable to find the color and options that we wanted, but the sales staff were rude and condescending. After many dealerships not even emailing back after online inquires, we broadened our search to 200 miles in every direction from our home. Right away Ed Voyles was very attractive because of the huge selection. After an email inquiry i was contacted back quickly. A couple weeks later we drove the 100 miles down to Ed Voyles to check out the selection and upon arrival were paired up with Daniel Reece. Before i go into the details further on the Jeep hunt, let me talk about the dealership itself a minute. I found the interior and exterior the be very well maintained and clean. The inside of the dealership was up to date and very nice. I mention this only because one of the dealerships visited in Dalton, Georgia was so dirty and smelly inside that we had to turn and walk away. First impressions matter, and Ed Voyles nailed it. After talking with Daniel Reece briefly about what we were looking for and checking the inventory on the lot, we determined that the color we wanted was not in stock at the time. Over the next 6 weeks I searched online at dealerships almost daily to see if perhaps something closer to home might have come in and i did find a couple that matched what we wanted exactly. But when i contacted these dealers they added $1,500 - $4,000 to the sticker price for a variety of things from "market adjustment" to "premium dealer service fee", etc. I wondered at times if they were wanting to sell cars or keep them at these other dealerships. I ended up seeing that several options had come in at Ed Voyles that matched what i was looking for and came down again to purchase. The process went very smooth and everything was explained in detail. The entire deal took about 3 hours . They offered great rates through the lenders and we were very pleased with the final purchase price as well as the interest rate. Don't end up wasting your time like i did going to every dealership on the globe. Shop here first and i guarantee you will not go anywhere else. Every email i sent was responded to in a timely manner and every question was answered. No matter if you are looking for new or used these guys have an amazing selection and the best staff i have encountered . Some have had bad experiences it seems and that happens from time to time everywhere. Sometimes it is misunderstandings or someone drops the ball. But many times people don't try to resolve the problem first , they just leave terrible feedback. And that helps no one. In the end we had a issue with the Jeep and of course the dealership had no way of controlling that. But they made it right and went well beyond what i expected or imagined. I am a person that expects excellence and very hard to please. And if the made me happy i just don't see how you could not be satisfied with the team at Ed Voyles. If you do have an issue, call or email right away and i have faith they will do everything within their power to make it right.     I leased a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Ed Voyles today. What a great experience! My wife and I worked with Clinton Hatfield to find just the right Wrangler. When we did Clinton presented the "figures" in such a clear and concise manner. No gray areas everything on the table. Clinton was kind, helpful and patient with us absolutely NO pressure at all. It was clear he was helping us buy a car not selling us. We signed the paperwork with Steve. 20+ year veteran in the business but you would have thought it was his first deal he was so good. He helped us understand the terms and even provided a product that protects us for the entire term of the lease. Just a great job. This was a terrific buying experience. Thanks to all.

    I had the best experience buying my 2016 Challenger from Monti than I have ever had. She definitely went above and beyond and her knowledge and experience were noticed and appreciated This is my fourth new car and I was so pleased with the way she handled everything. I look forward to seeing her when I bring the Challenger in for service. I hope I can refer others to her, as well. She is the BEST!!

    I have had a few less than favorable experiences with the management at this dealership so when it came time to address a recall, I did consider finding an alternate dealership to visit. I finally conceeded and went back to Ed Voyles where I explained to Thomas that I was previously assured a follow up appointment to address the recall going on five months earlier. He explained the wait time, but apologized and made a few calls to move me up in the queue. I was contacted and reserved an appointment the following week. Although I was seen maybe 45mins after my scheduled slot due to other customer needs and multiple issues out of Thomas's control, the lane manager maintained a professional and courteous attitude. I understand that customer service work can be challenging amidst complaining patrons, broken equipment and short staff, but Mr. Pappas took care of things as well and better than could be expected with an admirable resolve. If I must have work done at Ed Voyles, I will seek out Mr. Pappas.

    I am a Cobb County educator and my father is a retired Chrysler employee. With that being said, I will always support American made goods as well as those companies that supports education! Ed Voyles Jeep dealership does just that. Miss Monti (the salesperson) was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and treated me like a person, not a sale. The facility is clean and extremely welcoming. I highly recommend Ed Voyles Jeep to anyone in need of a quality (fair priced) vehicle. Oh, and I love my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo!

    The Service Adviser that wrote the ticket up was super kind and helpful. When I visited the service dept, it was on a Saturday afternoon, fifteen minutes before closing. The young gentleman (business card is with my son in Kennesaw), went out of his way to make sure we could purchase and have a battery installed before the service dept closed. He called parts to get the battery pulled, had someone run to get it when it was pulled and already had a mechanic on his way to change it out---it only took 15 minutes to complete. It was Great!
