    I do not have to go to the service department often but the experience both times (once for maintenance and once for minor repair) has been amazing. Greeted immediately, given detailed explanation, efficient and complete service.

    This is the place to buy your AUDI, Luxury car buying at its best. Lainie is an excellent sales pro, patient answered all my questions, cheerful and polite. Brian, Sales Manager, cool and calm made a great deal for me on my Brand New AUDI 2015 A3, super fun to drive car. I was also introduced to the General Manager, Niko, great guy; he guarantees your satisfaction. I found this staff to treat me like a "king". It was an easy decision to buy here. Other dealers in the area did not earn my business. Enjoy your experience there. I love my new car!!

This was my first experience at Fletcher Jones - the level of service they provide is amazing. Everything was taken care of including transferring my stuff from the old car to the new. You need to experience the service to see what first class customer service is!

    I tried buying a 2009 Q5 from this dealer. This was in mid-2009 when they were still new and relatively scarce. I ended up working with Owen, who alternated between candid and arrogant. Fine, no surprise there. He made me an offer which I said I'd consider, and left FJ Audi for the suburbs to see what others would do for me. After talking to some suburban dealers, I made an appointment and returned to see if Owen was willing to part with this Q5. He blew off my appointment (was with another couple) which didn't please me... but let's face it, buying a car is about the price, not the salesman. However, Owen did call me that afternoon and I told him that I would accept his offer. He proceeded to tell me that he wasn't sure he could still get that from his manager, and that he would call me back with the news. That call didn't come for 3 days, at which point I had already picked up my new Q5 from Schaumburg Audi. Just goes to show you why time and again, downtown luxury car dealers suck to buy cars from.

    DO NOT buy a car from from a guy named OWEN, he is a Audi car salesman. We went in looking for a used Audi and this guy is a complete [violative content deleted]. Do not even give him the time of day. He was staring at my wife's chest the whole time, quite inappropriate. So we do end up buying with the help of another salesman and we thought that things were going somewhat better. We were told that certain dings and scratches on the car were going to be taken care of while we were being sold too, then we get the car and these things were never even take care of. So we pick up the car with the promise of these being taken care of at a later time, OK, no big deal. So after having the car for less than 48 hrs, the car breaks down and we have to have it towed to the dealership. One of the coils went out (undriveable). Then after it is repaired, we pick it up a week later, we drive it for about 1hr and the same thing happens to a different coil and we have to have towed once again. We have now owned this car for a week and a half and have had possession of it for alittle over 48hrs. The dealership has been very unhelpful during all of this, and say that this is just our problem now. BAD SALESMAN and BAD DEALERSHIP

    I used Fletcher Jones for the first time after moving into the city from the suburbs because of the convenient location. I was very impressed with the experience from start to finish. William G. was very courteous, efficient and made me aware of options but did not pressure me to have service provided that wasn't essential. Overall, a very positive customer experience.

    The dealership service team always gets me in and out, and delivers in the time promised. They give good information about would the issues and choices are, so I feel like I am making an informed decision.

    Knew that I wanted a Q5. Extremely accommodating with test drive and timing. Had a specific color in mind, and they were able to find it. Kept me abreast of the status of the delivery. All-in-all an excellent experience.

    Fletcher Jones Audi has repeatedly failed to meet expectations regarding service and customer service. This has happened countless times and the only way I can fathom they stay in business is because they are in the city and for the most part the Audi's don't give too much problems to their owners. If you have an actual problem with your car, forget about it. You will get nowhere and be treated like dirt. My car consumes greater than a quart of oil every 600 miles and has less than 20,000 miles on it and has had this problem since it has had about 10,000 miles on it. Problem is still not rectified and I have been treated like garbage and wasted countless hours. I will never deal with this dealer again and I have infact written to the BBB and their Customer Service. Unbelievable. It is a shame because I love my car and this problem has been a deal breaker. In fact, I want to get rid of it as soon as possible, as a result.

    I guess because they are the only dealer in the vicinity they can treat their customers and potential customers poorly. The manager made me feel as though he didn't want to sell me a car, so I left and as a result I will never deal with this dealership again. The service is even more abhorrent than the sales; see my review.

    Purchased a new s5 from Cassandra. She was fine to deal with and honored the deal we made via telephone. I was far from impressed by the finance manager; he was rude and snooty! Car is great but, if another dealer had the same car at the same price I would have gladly purchased elsewhere.
