Great car buying experience

We purchased a used Honda CRV at Brilliance Honda. They fully serviced the vehicle with fluid changes, new tires and brakes. This vehicle is for our 20 year old son, and we are confident that he will have a safe, reliable vehicle. In… addition, we were very pleased with the sales person, Evan, that we worked with to purchase the vehicle. He did an outstanding job of working through the sales process with us. We had visited several dealerships in the previous 2 weeks that were forcing paint and interior protection services at a cost of $1000-2500 dollars on top of the sale price. Brilliance did not force any additional dealer add-ons. We were very pleased and will return to this dealership in the future.

by mom2elc on 04/13/2016It was very refreshing to purchase from Brilliance Honda. We had been searching for a used SUV and had been to several dealers prior to this one. It was a relief to show up and the vehicle to be exactly as described. All of our questions… were promptly addressed. Jeremy was very helpful but not at all pushy. We met Warren who was the manager helping with our purchase. He was professional and not pushy. They were both very helpful and genuine. The wait for financing took a bit since it was a Saturday, but was efficient with no surprises when we got in the office. We are very pleased with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend them. We drove over 3 hours to go there and would definitely go back for our next purchase.Very Good.

Derrick helped with the finance and didn't feel like I need to buy all the options, Have told my friends about the great… experience. This is my 3rd Honda I have bought from this dealership. Too notch, no hassle, tell them what you're looking for and they'll tell you if they can make it… happen. Complete stress free buying. by vmh5112 on 01/21/2016I have worked with Brilliance Honda in both sales & service for close to 20 years now! They have ALWAYS been very professional, thorough, dedicated & skilled in both areas. Anytime I have a question - they sit down & patiently answer it… in such a way that you can understand it by speaking in terms you can understand. They consistently made you aware of an specials they have available. If anything doesn't seems 'quite right' - they immediately review any/all work and take whatever measures are necessary to correct them until you are completely satisfied. And so importantly - THEY LISTEN! They want to know all about the issue/problem you are having so they can promptly diagnose the matter so as to fix what's needed in the shortest amount of time. Being sincere, caring and patient is one more way they excel. All too many in customer service positions - especially in auto. repair - look at you like you are stupid - especially when you are a woman. They speak in their own language and only hear what they want to. My experience with Brilliance has been the opposite - they care & are knowledgeable and also flexible when they can be on pricing. I go to them for ALL my service needs - even as small as a wiper change or oil change. Four Honda's later and close to 300,000 miles on them - I can say - they rank among the best in service and satisfaction. Their service manager, Ben is always there for the customers also. Jim also has been wonderful over the years. The same employees stay at a job where they are appreciated, paid well and treated with respect by their employer so thanks also to Brilliance for keeping a team together for many, many years - it proves YOU CARE!!No hassel, no stress.

Not only did the dealership beat the lowest TrueCar offer by over $1,500 but the car was ready when I arrived for a test drive and again when we took delivery the following… day. Signing the paperwork took us less than an hour and we were in and out of the dealership much quicker than any other time we purchased a new vehicle. I was receiving a bit of push back on a 2012 Honda Certified vehicle that I purchased from Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lk. I took the car in for service and was told that my… "Bumper to Bumper" coverage was not going to cover my headlight lens (Stress cracks) I had to come back a second time to discuss this with the Service Director Ben (Ben was out during my first visit). I had to drive back up from Barrington to see Ben Mannella. Once Ben reviewed the problem he said that this was a covered "Warranty Issue" he asked his team to get the parts ordered and get my car taken care of. This was nearly $1,000.00 repair and because of his expertise it was all taken care of at no cost. Kudos to your team Brilliance and to your Service Director Mr. Ben Mannella. Because of him I will continue to be a loyal Brilliance Honda customer for years to come. Thank you Ben!Very thorough

When you are looking at a car, brilliance has a book on the car you are looking at with all the info and car fax about the car, also shows improvements made which is really handy to have. Brilliance also has… amazing pricing on all vehicles in stock.
