    The sales person and the manager were so approachable and helpful. We did not felt being rushed. They took their time and did everything to help us. They updated us with the exact timeframe they initially told us while waiting for the car to be delivered. They were prompt at all times. Everybody took their time explaining on the options (car and financial). I will definitely recommend this dealership.

    Our sales person, ryan hansen, did a wonderful job. He was flexible with our style of purchasing a car and that is no sales pitch when we didnt want one. He was also persistent on educating us and using our phones to show us how it paired with the vehicle.

    My wife and I visited Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake in November 2017 to look for a replacement for our existing Honda Accord with almost 200K miles. We were fortunate to meet Jeremy Cybulski, one of the Sales Consultants at the dealership. Jeremy was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable on all the detailed features of each type of vehicle available from Honda. He answered every question completely and went further in explaining advantages and disadvantages of the various features in greater depth. His enthusiasm was genuine and contagious. The negotiations were courteous, respectful, and relaxed. In the past, buying a car from a dealer has been an unpleasant experience. Not this time. Jeremy knows and loves his product, and it shows.

    Robert Calhoun is the best salesman. He researched all my options -purchase vs lease. He was in my corner all the way. The finance process was quick and efficient. And the car was ready quickly and I was able to drive home with my purchase right away.

    Great service, and hours of service! Few dealerships offer service after 5pm. This dealership has appointment and walk-in service up until 9pm. Waiting areas and restrooms are clean, and the service bay is like a palace! I would highly recommend this dealership to relatives and friends.

    This location is great. I drive 45 minutes just for an oil change rather than to a honda dealer closer or to one of those "quick" change places that usually take longer and charge more.

    Previously I would dread going into a dealership to buy a new car due to all the road mines deployed against buyers. I was confident there had to be a better way and your relationship with Cosco has made it a pleasant experience. This does not take away from your dealership because there was no pressure just a helpful, polite environment. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

    Decent price, friendly sales staff, nice facility. Of course I don't believe the part about dropping the price twice, if you had it was overpriced to star with. But I did get a good price in the end so thanx, Dave Bolt. A second key would have been nice.

    Recently bought a vehicle here. Salesman are normally not my fav folks as sometimes they make you feel like they are wasting their time. Robert C was the sales guy I was lucky enough to get on the day I went there. Absolute great guy and a pleasure to speak with. I would have given 5 stars just for Robert but there were other things at play here. Finance guy tried to sell me the extra insurance and I turned them all down. He then proceeded to tell me he would throw in the GAP insurance. Reluctantly, I agreed. Afterwards, there is a 500+ dollar addition to the financing I missed (all my fault really) and it had GAP next to it. So if you are buying here, enjoy the time with the sales guys but be extra cautious about the finance guys, very very shady. If it had not been for Robert, this would be a 1 star review with some heated words, so you guys need to work on your honesty.

    I had a great experience with the service at Brilliance, and specifically Jeff. He explained everything well, and went above and beyond to help me sort out a problem caused by another dealer. I highly recommend the service department at Brilliance!

    The entire purchase process at Brilliance Honda was an excellent experience. Zach Sowinski is a perfect person to purchase a vehicle from. He handles everything extremely well and has a wonderful personality. All of the other people I met a Brilliance Honda were very friendly and always went our of their way to be courteous and helpful ! ! !

    By far the best dealership in terms of the fantastic service department. The work is always done before or at time promised. The staff is very accommodating with scheduling as well as spur of the moment non-expected service needs. Brilliance has and will continue to be my Honda dealership of choice.

    This experience at Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake was one of my best car buying experiences ever. And I've been buying cars about every other year for 60 years. Our salesman, Gary Cotshott, along with Chris, helped make it a very good experience. Lester from the Parts Department was very helpful as well as Jeff in the Service Dept.     Everything went smoothly when I purchased a used 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid. The test driving was no pressure, Jeremy, our salesman was great and never pressured. The price was a little high, and I thought that Jeremy's manager wasn't willing enough to meet in the middle, but was fair, even if a little too tough. The signing and paperwork process was VERY efficient and orderly - but very friendly, as well. Good experience. I little too fast as I wasn't prepared to leave my 12 year old Civic so fast :)

    I have now purchased 3 Honda Accord's from Brilliance Honda. Sales were handled smoothly by Eva. Professional, kind, caring & competitive pricing. Mostly my dealings with Brilliance are in their service department. I can't say enough about them! They are knowledgeable about your service needs and honest. They are kind, caring & professional. I always am able to ask for & receive any current discounts they offer. Ben is the manager & he is on top of all work & service personnel. He runs a tight ship & expects quality work done in a timely fashion with reasonable pricing. This is why I do all my service work at Brilliance. You will be pleasantly surprised with them! The shop is always clean & neat The waiting area is also convenient & comfortable with free drinks & popcorn. A free car wash accompanies all work which is also nice. Again - I am a LONG term customer & they have never let me down. I am more than happy to recommend Ben & his entire staff!!

    We had a great buying experience at Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake with our new 2016 Odyssey. Our sales person, Rich Donovan, was a pleasure to deal with. Rich was very knowledgeable with all the various models and options with the Odyssey. He showed us different ones in stock and we ended up finding on the lot the model, color and options that we wanted and negotiated the best price as compared to other local dealers. We also agreed on a fair price for our trade-in, extended warranties and financing. From start to finish it was a no pressure deal and we were extremely pleased with the entire buying experience. We will definitely tell others about the great deal we got at Brilliance Honda and ask for Rich Donovan.
