    I must say that my experience at Brilliance Honda was great and I normally hate car dealerships and the process of buying / leasing a car. Luckily the salesman, Zach S, was very nice and laid back, no "Let me get my manager" nonesense, no hidden charges or other things that I didn't agree to, car was detailed and ready to go when I arrived, finance office / paperwork was organized and not messed up as usual, and the best part is that I negotiated my deal over the phone to save time and aggravation. They even beat three other lease quotes I obtained from other Honda dealers in Barrington, Des Plaines, and Elgin, IL. I will definitely return to Brilliance Honda for my service and future vehicle needs and will recommend this dealership (and salesman) to my friends and family. Thanks

    Overall experience was good. Jeremy was great to work with and was quick at responding. There were some bumps in the road that we had to deal with since I came from Alaska to purchase my vehicle from them but I love my car so I'm happy things worked out. Big issue was that they didn't have the title to send to my bank so we had to go through their bank instead. Since we were traveling from AK I was hoping they would have a shuttle or some kind of pick up service from the airport but they wouldn't agree to that, so we paid 65$ for an Uber to get there. Hours are great, they're open late which is very convienent! Thanks for helping me get my dream car!

    I am very satisfied with the customer service I received while purchasing my car at Brilliance Honda. Our salesman, Robert, was very patient with me since it was my first time buying a car. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful.

    I recently traded-in an older SUV and purchased a new 2016 CRV. I worked with Jeremy (salesman). Jeremy was pleasant, knowledgable and forthright. I would not hesitate to recommend a family member to Brilliance Honda and Jeremy.

    Personnel was professional and informative. Was not pushy. Listened to what we wanted. Closing was done in a professional and expediant manner. Even though we bought a used Honda, we were given the attention just as if we buying a new vehicle.

    Nice experience! salesman Bob was good, so as the Manager, was able to make a deal in half hour and drove a car home in couple hours.

    What can I say as I always go to Brilliance for my family's car needs. Together my family have purchased 6 new vehicles from Brilliance. Professional and friendly atmosphere keep us returning for our purchases and great service should we need any repairs which have only consisted of the usual maintenance necessary to keep the vehicle in top running condition. What great cars Hondas are and what great service from Brilliance Honda! Will not consider another manufacturer or dealer.

    Great Experience led by Rick Miller in sales. Rick is very knowledgable and friendly. Answered all my questions, got me financed and into a new Honda HRV. Entire process took less than 2 hours. Beautiful facility, huge selection.

    This was the first time my fiance and I bought a car together. We weren't too excited about going to look for cars because we thought we were going to be haggled and talked into a bad deal. We were totally wrong when we went to Brilliance Honda. The whole staff was very friendly and they weren't pushy at all. We worked with Gary and he made our first tome car buying experience a very memorable one! He was very professional and he made sure he looked out for our interest during the whole process. I'm thoroughly surprised at how much this dealership proved me wrong about negative car buying experiences. We're very happy with our new vehicle and it was headache free to purchase.     Don't bring your vehicle here for service unless you want it done incorrectly and cost thousands to repair after they ruin it. Had my a/c compressor clutch replaced under warranty ( required removal of compressor) and when they reinstalled it they pinched an o-ring that caused the compressor to fail. $1000 out of my pocket. Called the service manager and never heard back.

    Service was fast but friendly. The salesperson, Jeremy Cybulski, was dynamite. No lies, no fast talk. Accommodating and friendly. I have zero complaints, only praise. He walked me through everything, re-explained when he needed to, great service. As soon as I arrived at the agreed-upon time, he was ready to go. Offered me a coffee then got into the details of the car.

    I recently went back to Brilliance Honda to return my Accord and lease another one. I worked with Robert Calhoun again as I was happy with how things went with him the first time I leased from them. I had a wonderful experience! I did go to other Honda dealships to compare prices and Brilliance was much lower than other quotes I was given.

    We were able to get the car we wanted. It was shipped in to Brilliance. As soon as it was in, we were called. In fact, Robert Calhoun kept us informed via calls and texts for almost a week. He was informative and patient. Everyone at Brilliance was nice to deal with.

About our dealership
