    Thr sales rep Kino was very sharp when it came down to questions and took his time in demonstrating the vehicle's features, he listened to my every need, Excellent job. Next up Alex in finance was very educational and went over all the numbers with me.     TJ was a friendly, professional young man. He worked with me closely over weeks of going back and forth getting the information i requested. He was patient, very thorough, and kept us at ease the entire time. The financing experience was good as well, there were some tech issues, however we were taken care of well in that time. The entire experience was pleasant.

    Dan and Linda were outstanding to deal with from the beginning. I was straight-forward with them and they responded w/ kindness and were incredibly helpful. Jacob & Alejandro helped complete the deal on November 27th and I would encourage anyone to work with them. I tried to work with Gerald of Naperville, Berman, St. Charles & Continental, but Gerald of North Aurora was the best Customer Experience I could ask for. Karim was outstanding in financing as well.

    Jason Mikal for the win. My car salesman saved me from hating this place. He was down to Earth yet straight to the point. No one wants to deal with the fake sales person [non-permissible content removed], especially not me. I gave Jason a hard time in the beginning and he won me over rather quickly. He told me everything I needed to know and broke everything I didn't quite get into a way I'd understand. He knew my budget and truly did everything in his power to find me the right fit. I appreciate him so much. I felt like he was on my side.. like I knew him for a long time. I was there for hours, and I was exhausted, but he made it worth it for going above and beyond to score me a 2017 Nissan Versa which I love. Lovely and clean place too, everyone is polite and professional there. Will definitely be going there for my services.
