    I came in last Monday June 27th in search of a new car after losing my beloved vehicle in a car accident a month prior. I really had my eye on a new Chevy Impala. In the past getting a new car was always a challenge. This time however, my salesman Zakeen Valentine made it virtually a seamless process. Not was I in and out within an hour or 2, I drove away with exactly the car I wanted, a Black 2016 Chevy Impala. My dream car! I'd like to thank Zakeen and the staff at Webb Chevy for helping turn a pretty sad experience into a pretty great outcome. Loving my new Impala!

    I was in last Friday with my husband to look for a need car. Tim Heinecke was our sales person. He was accommodating, easy to talk to and thorough.     I was so happy with the sales person at Webb ,Miguel Morales who helped me when purchasing my car the other day. I had talked to him because he has also sold my son his car 3 years ago and was great . He goes out of his way to help you get the car that is right for you. I will be a customer for life at Webb. Ask for Miguel for great service.

    My experience was very pleasant at Webb dealership. Christopher Irving is charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable with his work and very professional. He answered all my questions and guided me thru every step of the purchase of my Chevrolet Trex. I am very happy with my purchase and service at Webb dealer. Ps. The personnel working at the shop are very nice also.

    Everything went well. I have a brand new vehicle so just an oil change was needed, which is a big plus. I was treated very well and was in and out in about an hour. Great service by all involved.

    My experience was great Jorge Guzman was amazing and showed me some of the cars they had. He is a really hand on Salesman which I like. He work with me and my dad on our new cars. Great Dealer they stayed open an hour later to get our arrangements done. Overall great experience and great customer service

  • Avoid This Dealership At ALL Cost!

    Two years ago I brought my Chevy Tahoe to Webb Chevrolet at 9440 S. Cicero in Oak Lawn and they told me that I needed a complete brake job: brakes and rotors all the way around. Based on their recommendation I had them do the complete brake job. This past week, I brought my truck back to Webb because the brake pedal was very soft. I was told again that not only did I need another complete brake job, but I also needed calipers. Knowing something wasn’t right, I told them to just change my oil and I would take my truck somewhere else to get the brakes looked at. I took my vehicle to a place recommended by a friend to have my brakes inspected. I was told that not only did I not need calipers, but that the rotors were definitely more than two years old. Therefore, it appears that Webb not only didn’t replace the rotors two years ago, as I had paid them to do, but now they were also recommending work that was not needed at this time (the calipers). The brake issue alone would be enough for me to file a complaint, but there was also an issue with my oil change. The day after I got my vehicle back from Webb, I noticed a pool of oil under the engine. When I brought my truck to a Jiffy Lube to have them look at the oil, I was told that there was less than 2 quarts of oil left in the engine due to a leaking filter that was very loose. That means that more than 2/3 of the oil had leaked out in less than 2 days. If I had not caught this issue, I almost certainly would have blown the engine. Several of the workers at Jiffy Lube made it a point to come to me to ask where I had gotten the previous oil change, because they were shocked at the condition my car was in. I am deeply concerned about the ethics and honesty in their service department. Avoid this dealership at ALL cost!

    Going to car dealers in the past has been a real bad experience, something similar to a root canal. Going to Webb there was none of that. The salesman was there to answer all our questions but yet gave us our space. To me it was very important. I will recommend Webb to my friends and family. Great experience..Tony was a great salesman. Very polite also.

    Everyone who works at Webb Chevy is very knowledgeable and very friendly. The customer service there is excellent. The one thing that needs to improve is the wait time. I understand some days are hectic and they can get backed up however the last few times I have been their for an oil change it has taken 2-3 hours. To me that is ridiculous. Hopefully in the future this will improve. Other than the long wait time everything else about my appointment was satisfactory.

    Although it was just anoil change was very pleased....even though the wait was going to be a kind of long we were informed of that so we went out for lunch...car came back washed...looked great and we were told of things our car would need soon.......good job Webb no complaints here!     I have been there twice. Once they left someones keys in my car, i had to go back the next day to return them. The next time they forgot to put my antenna back on. It was between my seat. I call them and they told me it might be there. 2 for 2. We will see next time.
