    This was one of fastest oil change (" the works," more than just an oil change) I was in and out in 45 minutes. Great.

    I was greeted promptly and told I would be helped shortly for an oil change. This was an improvement over previous visits. I would stand by my car and ignored.

    I was here for a two-fer ... I was getting my truck repaired and also purchasing a used vehicle. Bobby in the body shop is AWESOME, he knows his stuff and gets the job done RIGHT. He didn't miss a detail! Scott precin helped find a used car and helped find one in my budget as well as cleaning the car up and making it look even better. All around happy with my day at Rizza Ford Kia in Orland Park. Thank you boys!!

    Lee M. made being a new first car buyer experience very simple for me! He was super helpful and I really appreciate him pushing my approval through Ford. He took in all my concerns and explain everything out for me. I did first go to another ford location and was treated really rudely there no one offer me the first time car buyer and Lee offered it right away! Everyone at Joe Rizza location was super friendly I would highly recommend it to any looking to buying a new car! Thank you for the good experience and making it really simple for me!

  • Terrible first oil change on NEW KIA

    Drove past several other KIA dealers to get our new car serviced with our first oil change. Asked if they could wash the vehicle, since it was in the winter time and could not wash it outside. Service person told me no that they do not do that.I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY THEM FOR A WASH. Still says that they don't have the capability to wash vehicles. At that time I knew he was giving me a line of bull. At that time I should of got back in my car and went to another dealer. Returned home to find that one of my matching colored valve caps was missing. Called the same service person to have him mail one to me. Waited a week and called service manager. After a week, never received, called back again. Finally, got it after 2 weeks. Said they had to order a tire valve cap. Also, found oil splattered all over the top of the engine cover. Had to spent 20 minutes cleaning it up. On a kind of funny note, today received a customer loyalty/rewards card from dealer. Printed in the brochure under "We're pleased to offer the following to enhance your service experience with us: FREE WASH with SERVICE!
