Bought my 2025 Buick Enclave Avenir at Ed Martin Buick a few weeks ago. This is the 4th vehicle I have leased from them and I could not be happier. They make me feel I am a good friend every time I am there. EVERYONE is pleasant, helpful,… and friendly. I love my new SUV and I love the excellent service I get every time I go there for service and to purchase accessories.
Special shout out to Derrick Jones who takes care of me every time I have leased a car there. A + experience from the rest of the team too: Zach, Tyler, Jonny, Arthur, and the entire service team. Too many awesome people to list but all are the BEST! I will continue to purchase cars here and you should too.

Diagnostic options and costs were explained; I waited in the very clean… and comfortable waiting room. I was presented with the problems. I selected all items I wanted completed with no pressure. The work was done expeditiously while I did personal work on my computer while I waited. The problems were solved and I am very happy and will take my vehicle to Ed Martin Buick again! They found me the exact car I wanted, and helped me with the purchase. They were attentive to my needs, not pushy at… all and worked with me to get an amazing deal. I would recommend both Bryce T and Jeff A to anyone looking for a vehicle. They even let me drive the car down to make sure it fit in my garage. I loved the car so much I went back to Ed Martin and got the same car - 2014 model. The… experience was not like most dealerships that make you hassle over price. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and respectful of my time. We made the deal, I got my car and I am happy. Great people at Ed Martin. I recommend you check them out.Over the Top Service

Vehicle was in the service bay quickly, especially for a Saturday without an appointment. When deeper inspection indicated repair would… take longer than estimated due to another warranted item that had not been previously repaired, I was offered a free loaner vehicle so I wouldn't waste my Saturday sitting in the waiting room. While waiting, I witnessed several service personnel lavishing attention on a child who was waiting with her mother. This attention to customers is over the top. Waiting room was bright, clean and stocked with free snacks & beverages, as well as lots of reading material. Overall a very pleasant experience.2008 Torrent Engine Issue

I was pleased with the service I received from everyone we came into contact with during the entire process. Our salesman was Blake N. and he did not quit on our deal until… the time we signed the papers. That included ordering a new vehicle from GMC to ensure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. If you are going ot spend your hard earned money on a new or pre-owned vehicle you can expect a great experience at Ed Martin. Not to mention they had the best prices out of all the dealerships I checked and made it well worth my 2.5 hour drive!!New Acadia

To get the options I requested, made a dealer trade in NorthEastern Indiana and delivered… the car to me at work the next day. He even took the time to check the radio station programmed on my trade and pre-set them for me before delivery. I appreciate this type of customer service. If the service department lives up to the sale, I will be a repeat customer for sure.Great Buying Expirience

The salesman, Jim A, was straight forward and honest. The financing was easy and they put in the extra effort to get a good… interest rate.
