A Dealership you can trust
by TheChief68 on 07/26/2016updated 08/01/2016Excellent service, vehicle was in for a recall, I added the works and A/C check which estimated at about 1/2 day. They were completely done in 2 hours. We have my wife's 2016 Honda in the body shop right now following a T-bone hit and run… accident. We wouldn't trust anyone else with it. Chico and Rodney are the best.Great Service

by jchaffin13 on 07/26/2016The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the final cost to me was much higher than what I was told in the beginning when I dropped the car off. I am also a member of Tires4Life and discovered that the maintenance on my vehicle… associated with the program was not being done. The 30,000 mile maintenance was also not done correctly the year prior which resulted in a higher bill for this visit to complete the maintenance. I ended up having to pay for new brakes, labor for tire alignment, labor for new tire installation, a hydraulic flush, as well as the 6 month general maintenance. It just made for a much more expensive bill that I was not expecting at the time.IN LOVE WITH MY RIDE
by SRFLOWE on 07/26/2016I went into Bob Allen Ford knowing I wanted an SUV for the needed leg room and for a certain monthly payment amount. James was the face of the sales staff and was amazing. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted in order to not waste… anybody's time. Kevin from behind the curtain made sure I was realistic in my expectations and ended up finding me the PERFECT vehicle. I think James knew before I even saw it, that the 2013 Ford Escape titanium edition was for me!! James was beyond fantastic. After my purchase, he helped me sync my phone to my new ride and even guided me on how to ask the car to do what I wanted it to do through voice commands. Even the business office was great. They had to redo my paperwork to get my payment date during the right time of the month. I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NEW CAR!! Thanks Bob Allen!Best Ford Dealer

by barbhome on 06/21/2016Outstanding Experience with Rodney in Collision. Such a professional employee. He was able to be somewhat of a liasion between us and the new Insurance Company we had. The Insurance company was trying to get us to tow our car to their… preferred Body Shop after we had already chosen Bob Allen Ford. It was because they told us we would get a quicker appraisal. We were going to do this when Rodney explained we had every right to maintain our preference with Bob Allen for service. We did not have their preferred dealer work on our car. Bob Allen Ford did our repair work. I am so thankful that Rodney was so informed to guide us appropriately. It was not our fault that the Insurance Company took so long to have an appraisal done. Rodney submitted to them an online appraisal and it went through. Also, we were able to use Ford parts for our repair. So Important! Our experience at Bob Allen was EXCELLENT!!!
