Great Experience
by GlendaDowden on 04/13/2016Chris White, in internet sales, was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He, nor the finance manager, Brian, displayed any high powered sales tactics. They accepted my choices in purchases without any disgruntled opinions, which I… tremendously respect. They Honored the Edmunds price promise. And, they seriously worked with me from 2 states away. I will again drive 5 hours from Texas to purchase another car from Rusty Eck Ford. And, I highly recommend other vehicle investors to do the same. Thank you for my awesome experience Chris White and Brian!Jeep Cherokee

by Imarealperson on 03/24/2016Nick valentine was our salesperson. He treated us kindly. Did everything he could to make the sale painless. Was knowledgeable and we got a great deal.Awesome Deal
by Linn449 on 02/29/2016Our salesman Adam Kuntz helped us immensely in finding the exact vehicle we wanted. I've dealt with many car dealerships over the years, and would rather go for an all-night root canal than buy a car. However, Adam turned a dreaded event… into the most positive car-buying experiences of a lifetime. The man actually LISTENS, is not the least bit pushy and was honest in every way. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted for a very fair price. Would I visit Rusty Eck Ford again? ABSOLUTELY! Thanks again for a great experience ... ADAM KUNTZ IS THE MAN!Ford Explorer

by ronhoward on 12/23/2015updated 12/29/2015My experience at Rusty Eck Ford was extremely pleasant. The salesperson Jamal was the best. He worked very hard to make this purchase exactly what I needed. Jamal did not rush the process. He made sure that the vehicle deal went smoothly… and was very entertaining. It is always a pleasant experience at Rusty Eck Ford; thanks to Jamal.Great experience!
by Ortiz07 on 11/26/2015The experience we had a Rusty Eck was amazing! If we didn't have a great experience at Rusty Eck, we wouldn't have bothered to come back. We purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Every step of our adventure (over a month) was nothing less than… amazing. From the moment we first walked in until we drive off the lot! Even still to this day, we appreciate that we were treated they way all people should be treated, no matter their situation or appearance, with patience and respect.Great experience
by jwilliams193 on 11/20/2015Travis did great! He worked very hard to find me the car I wanted for a price I could work with.Service was good!
by JHawker1974 on 10/28/2015We purchased a 2009 Ford Edge. Our salesman was very helpful during the sales process. I do have to mention the fact that I didn't get out of there until 9:30PM. When it was time to leave he had me fill out a brief survey with 5 questions… about his service. He asked me to answer "yes" to all of the questions even though the answer was really "no". I think one was if he showed me how to SYNC my phone to the car. I have no clue how to do it because he told me to say yes, now what am I supposed to do? I guess I will have to google it and see if I can figure it out. There were others that I would have answered no to, but he was standing there telling me to answer yes. He's a nice guy, but he shouldn't ask his customers to be untruthful.Rusty Eck's Customer Service
by terryme on 10/05/20152015 Ford Focus. Monja & Brian (Finance) Were absolutely wonderful. They both met all our needs and wants. This is our second car with Monja. We came in and asked for her again because our first time was a great experience as well. Rusty… Eck's employees are exceptional. This is how customer service should be handled. We will continue to come back to Rusty Eck and we have told our friends at work and our family. Thank you for everything. One of the worst dealerships in town
by DevenW on 06/29/2014These guys are [non-permissible content removed] at its finest and this is coming through a guy who financed through them last year (bought a brand new 2013 focus from them and paid it off). They will manipulate you into thinking there the… best dealership in town and get you thinking you wont get a better deal anywhere else which is absolutely bs. They price all there vehicles 2-4,000$ above suggested retail value so they can give you a higher trade in value for your car and make you feel like your getting a better deal. I came in today to try and finance an suv from them even though my last experience with them wasnt great i figured i'd give them a shot because i already paid a car off through them and thought id get the best deal that was far from the case. As soon as they realized they couldn't get the deal I wanted they beat around the bush and tried to totally diversify me from what i initially came there for and tried to get me to trade in the focus i bought from them. They threw in some convincing numbers and wanted me to sign a deal I said im not signing anything until you get me put in a decent suv so I can get the best deal as a package. They insisted they wanted to do one deal at a time I insisted that I get the suv I want first. They couldn't come close to what I was asking for and proceeded to tell me I was being asinine and unrealistic and said I was wasting there time. After those insulting comments I left and went across the street to Eddys Toyota turns out my accommodations were unrealistic to rusty eck not to Eddys. Eddys put me in a 2012 fully loaded chevy equinox at the price I wanted and the monthly payments I wanted when Rusty Eck told me it wasnt possible and id have to finance something 10,000$ less to get the numbers I wanted. In your face Rusty Eck I've learned a lot today and thats you guys lie and will say anything the customer wants to hear to make a deal. Be wary about buying from these guys and always check the fair market value and watch what I say it will almost always be 3,000$ or higher above the fair market value. I went to 5 or more dealerships in the past week and rusty eck is the worst [non-permissible content removed] I've ever seen I totally regret buying a focus and paying it off through them they don't deserve a dollar more when theres wonderful places like schoelfeld honda and eddys toyota right across the street who can serve you better get you a better price and leave you with a smile and not a huge mess.GREAT SALES SERVICE
by efurnace on 05/22/2009I would like to share my experience with Rusty Eck Ford. Jamal Basha was a great salesman. He did not put any sales pressure on me, he was very knowledgable and very kind and professional. Everything that he did was very quick. The… entire experience at Rusty Eck Ford was great. I have never gone anywhere and purchased a new vehicle with no hassel. My hat goes off to the entire staff at Rusty Eck Ford. I will recommend to other people to purchase their next vehicle from there and to ask for Jamal Basha. Thanks for such a pleasant experience. Erma FurnaceBuying my new Ford Flex
by flexforme on 05/03/2009I have to say that there was a moment I looked at the car that was ordered for me, the one I thought I had picked out, and said aloud, "this is not my car". I have to give the gentlmen (there were a few helping me) credit for taking care… of me at that point. They made sure I got the car I would be happy with. I left the dealership that night, completely happy with the car I was driving home. I am really enjoying my new Ford Flex... what an awesome vehicle! I have continued to get phone calls and emails making sure I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend Rusty Eck Ford for those who are looking to find a new or used car. Advice: Be prepared! I did homework before going to find a new car. I knew what I wanted in the vehicle I would purchase (options). I later went home and looked up exactly what my trade in was worth. Check into all rebates and discounts before settling on a price at the dealership.Terrible customer service
by skipper29 on 04/28/2009This dealership was HIGHLY recommended to me when i began to shop around for a new car. Two weeks later, however, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. I've gotten nothing but the run around, and obviously no one believes in returning… phone calls to their customers. This is bad customer service..... I am terribly disappointed, and at this point, I wish i could just return the new car and get my trade in back, because the new one hasn't even been financed to date! I'm still paying on a car that is no longer in my possession, and driving a car that isn't mine yet. No one returns calls, after repeated messages requesting so, leaving customers in the dark as to the status of their 'deal'.Here at Rusty Eck Ford we strive to completely satisfy all of our customers each and every day. Indeed this is how they do business. We didn't have our car financed for 3 months after we purchased it. Stay away from Rusty "Child Screwer" Eck Ford
Last Purchase from Rusty Eck
by benb05 on 03/06/2009I bought a car about 2 months ago but now have found out they signed me up for the extras I told them very clearly I did not want. Now they're refusing to refund my $3,000. The manager at my credit union is also getting no where with… them. I'm now having to go through an attorney for the refund of something I never authorized and have paperwork to prove it! I should have gone back to [another dealership]!Here at Rusty Eck Ford we strive to completely satisfy all of our customers each and every day. Unfortunately sometimes we do fall short of this goal. Horrible experience
by FrustratedFord on 02/20/2009First, when negotiating my vehicle price, I was given misleading information. I was told I was receiving $8000 for my trade-in, when in fact, I was getting only $6000 for my trade-in, but they were adding $2000 from the rebate. I had to… have them rewrite the agreement to show numbers accurately. Also, they were very pushy to get my to fill out a credit application when I was just starting to look at cars. Next, once we decided on a car, it was late at night and we hadn't had dinner yet. They wouldn't let us finish the paperwork the next day so we had to stay until 9:30 to finish everything. I'm pregnant, so having to wait for dinner until 10 at night was very frustrating. When I had a chance to look at the car in the daylight the next day, I saw there was a large scratch and the bumper was loose on this brand new car, so I had to take it back in to the body shop to be repaired. Four days after we signed the paperwork, we had to go back in because they weren't able to get us the interest rate we had initially signed paperwork for. They did offer to increase the amount on our trade to accommodate our increased interest payments. After signing that paperwork, we were called another week later because they had created the loan paperwork for the wrong VIN number. After going in to sign that paperwork, I receive another phone call a few weeks later asking for change of name confirmation, since my maiden name was listed on the trade in. After taking that in, my trade-in loan was finally supposed to be paid off on February 2nd, (we traded it in on January 5th). Even after my car had been traded in, I had to make another car payment, on a car I no longer owned, because they took so long to pay off my trade-in. Then last week, I get a letter in the mail from Rusty Eck demanding that we pay them an extra $200 because the trade-in payoff balance was higher than what we had quoted. Well, of course it was because they took an extra month to pay off the loan. Luckily, after we called in, they understood and waived the $200. Now, February 19, a month and a half after the trade, my previous loan is finally paid off. Here at Rusty Eck Ford we strive to completely satisfy all of our customers each and every day. Pretty good experience.
by timothyc1984 on 02/20/2008Started off with meeting "Scotty" who actually took pretty good care of me. I wanted to see the Focus so he showed me the sedan model first, then a wagon model, and finally, the one I purchased, a 3-door hatchback. We did a walk through of… the exterior and interior of the car, and then a long look under the hood (I'm a car nut), and then we took the test drive. He allowed me to drive it how a typical 21 year old would, and then after the test we went back in and talked numbers. They weren't too horrible with the pressure, but nevertheless it is a car dealership after all so you have to feel some. When I got the price and payments argued out, we then looked at my trade in. My 1997 Nissan Sentra GXE had seen better days sure, but when they gave me an initial quote of 300 dollars I turned my nose right up to it, and told them if I can't get 700 out of it they aren't making a deal. So...after 30 minutes of him being gone I finally got what I wanted. The financial department was easy going, he explained everything out to me plainly, and I opted for a couple of the protection packages (which have actually been put to use now after 1 1/2 years ownership). Now that I have owned the car whenever I need service I take it in, no argument, they give me a rental promptly, and call me when the car is finished. Every time it is up for oil changes and tire rotations they call me and schedule me ahead of time so when I drop it off it only takes 15 minutes to have it done. The only thing I grumble about anymore is every month I go in and personally hand the insurance company my check (they have an office branch in the dealership), and at least 2 or 3 salesmen try to show me cars. Rusty Eck has been really good to me, and when I am ready for another car they will more than likely get my business again.
This exact same thing is happening to me. I have the bank of the car I traded in over 2 weeks ago calling me wanting a payment because Rusty Eck has not paid that loan off yet. I try to call, but get no return calls from the Finance Department. It is going to get to the point that if I don't make a payment on a car that I no longer have in my possession, it is going to affect my credit. Our Sales guy was great, but I feel the Finance department tells you what they need to tell you to get the job done.
