The third time it was said it was my fault and I was charged service and labor. If I would… have know that, I wouldn’t have come in and spent several hours. I was told if I came for the third time they would have to contact Ford. I should have been told the first time what they thought was wrong other than all the inconvenience I had three times. I was told I filled my vehicle up too full. Now how did I know that on a 2018? Also I tried to see if I could buy a new vehicle and was told I would receive a call back. Didn’t get one. I really didn’t think I could because of what I still owe, maybe too soon. I should have received a courtesy call saying I’m sorry but at this time it is not in your best interest. I would have understood. I’m on a fixed income and it really hurt to spend that extra money. There’s a good chance I won’t return. I’ll seek another Ford dealership.Feedback on my 2015 Ford Escape service

We were able to get our car to the parking lot of Greenwood Ford Lincoln in Bowling Green, KY where it promptly died. We spoke with a… service representative about the issue. After examining our vehicle they quickly found the problem and ordered and installed the part within hours! Everyone was polite and professional. If it wasn’t for the fact that this business is 8 hours away from home I would bring all my vehicles here for service!Ford Expedition

He was able to locate the truck that I wanted and was also able to find the bed liner that I wanted and had it installed before I picked up the truck. He also agreed to have… my first service provided for my at no charge since the dealership did not include it in the purchase. I was not aware until after the transaction that it was not included but Travis stepped up and took care of it.Poor service management
