    I feel safer taking my Escape to Airport Ford than taking it to one of the quick oil change stores. I've heard to many horror stories about them.

    Started looking online and sent in the request to test drive one at Airport Ford. Set up a time with my salesman Scott Hackman. Arrived early for the drive and he was more than happy to get me set up to drive it. Took it home to my husband for a look over and we decided it was for me. Went back to the dealership, Scott took the time to chat with me about different options for financing while my old car was being test driven for a trade in amount. He got all the information back within 30 mins and I was happy with what was told to me. Got the financing all situated and within 2 hours, I was driving home in my new Ford Escape. Couldn't be happier. Scott took the time to explain the car to me with things I was unfamiliar with and made my decision to purchase that day an easy one. Can't wait to show it off to my family when I travel to visit them later this year. Thanks to all at Airport Ford for making my car buying experience a positive one.

    I brought my 2013 Edge in for Service work on 6/17/15. I had purchased the Edge new at the dealership in 2013. I needed the front drivers side tire looked at for patching or replacement. Also needed the steering and braking diagnosed as the steering pulled to the left, and when braking the car pulled to the left. As it turned out the the tire needed replacement, and to cure the pulling, Mario and Mark Horan recommended 4 wheel alignment, and rotate and balance. Mario was very pleasant to deal with. The $400 RO seemed reasonable. And the car drives like new again, so thanks to the team for that. The only irritant was the delay in getting the car back from service and the delay in shuttle service. To be fair, I was told when I scheduled to expect to leave the car all day. So I brought the car in at 8:00a.m. on 6/17, assuming I would have it back that same day at some point late afternoon or at least before close. At one point I recall being offered a loaner, but i didnt think I would need it. When I called that late afternoon on 6/17 to check, I was told they had just put it on the lift. Mario was good about calling me with updates the next morning. But I didn't get the car back until mid-late-afternoon the next day on 6/18 and this caused some travel challenges for me on the 18th that I had to arrange for with family. Cant really blame anyone at Airport for the delay, I run a business too, and sometimes you just dont know how long things will take. But lesson learned for me; if I am told to expect to leave the car for the day I will assume that really means overnight, and I will take up the offer for a loaner. Again, service problems were solved to my satisfaction, and Mario was very courteous and did apologize multiple times for the delay on the phone and when I picked it up. The other issue, it took 40 minutes to get the shuttle ride home the morning of 6/17. And from what I could tell this was because Cory the driver didnt get in to work until close to 8:45a.m. This is on Cory. In any case, I'll be back, only with a slightly different set of expectations. :)

    This was the easiest and the best time we have ever had buying a car,we were not harassed or pressured to do anything by an annoying salesman or lot boy, we came in on a Friday eve about five and ending up staying until about seven that night doing some light paper work to get the deal started, that's when we noticed that they had closed an hour earlier, but not one person even stopped to think about going home until we were happy, that's hard to find now days. Of course I got a great deal on a great car,,,,, but sometimes it's the pride a person takes in their job that makes a sale for us,, this dealership is run by real people that have been there a long time and it shows with their friendly no pressure sales, We love our new car,,, and our new Ford Dealer

    I recently had some recall work to be done on my 2014 Escape Titanium, and some electronic "tweeking". The service was excellent and timely with a call from the service manager to keep me posted as to time. We have purchased 3 vehicles from Airport Ford, and the sales and service are always the most reliable.

    We were there for our other car repairs and started looking. Mr. Hiatt assisted us with those that we were interested in only. That is important. He was not trying to show us cars we were not interested or cars we could not afford. We like the Ford Fusion! I am glad I chose it. Mr. Hiatt was also helpful in showing me how the car works. He told me that if I ever have questions then he would be glad to help. I am sure I will putting in a call to him the next few weeks. The purchase process was good! Mr. White is very professional and helpful. The service department has always been good. We have had several repairs on other vehicles and we are pleased. I must admit that I looked at the KIA and almost went that way, but the Fusion is more like me. Mr. Hiatt not being pushy was an asset. I believe we will be shopping at Airport Ford again. They are a group that makes a person want to shop there.

    I have always been treated as if I am your only customer, Mario goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule and the customer service and technical expertise has always been excellent! My vehicles have always been ready when promised and the cost is almost always accurately quoted up front (I say "almost always" because on occasion there have been surprise findings that no one could have known about prior to starting the job, but the possibility was brought up prior to the work). Overall I am impressed with the service department at Airport ford and I recommend them to everyone I can.

    I enjoy working with Mario. He listens to me regarding my concerns about my car. Being a female sometimes you feel like you are being short changed on your knowledge of a car, but Mario does not make me feel that way.

    I just want to say your new Service Manager, Guy Ollier, is doing an excellent job. I have known Guy for several years as the Parts Manager and he could not have been nicer and more helpful when I bought parts. And now as the service manager he is still doing great. We had some problems with the 2010 Taurus, but Guy made sure it was repaired correctly and kept the price as inexpensive as he could. Guy is the kind of person I like doing business with. You can trust him.

    I came in knowing which fusion I wanted & David Hiatt was wonderful in helping me with it. I want able to drive the exact one I wanted because it hasn't been processed yet but he let me drive another one. Since I wouldn't be able to take that one home he allowed me to take the other one for the night. He made sure to do whatever he could to make things go smoothly. I will refer him to anyone that asks.
