We are thrilled with the pricing and service and could not be happier with our salesman Keith Cook who walked us through all of the new tech on our new Jeep and followed… up with us on any questions during and after the sale. Yes, I wrote after the sale, who does that? Wow! This may be only our second Jeep purchase from Adams Jeep but it won't be our last. My parents have purchased four Jeeps from them over the years and now I know why Adams earned their loyalty - they are really just that good. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He even came in on his scheduled day… off to ensure I was taken care of on my only available day (2.5 hours drive for me). by Davesouers on 11/04/2014I found a used car that Adams had online so I sent them an email. Keith Cook responded quickly and answered my questions. I live 9 hours away and wanted to make sure everything was finalized before I went to pick up the car. Other dealers… didn't want to secure a price over the phone or by email, and told me to "just come in to the dealer and we can get you a good price", but not Keith. After a few more emails, and phone calls we had a price, details, and financing all agreed on. I flew into Baltimore airport where Keith picked me up and brought me back to the dealer. 45 minutes later, I was on my way home with a car that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Keith and Adams Jeep to anyone. Great service, and great deals.A Great Buying Experience

When they didn't find exactly what I was looking for from existing inventory, Keith took the time to walk me through the ordering process to get me my perfect Jeep and saved me money by guiding me… through the option selection process. He simplified the entire buying experience and cut through some perceptions I had thanks to another less than forthright dealership. I love my Jeep and won't go anywhere else for one in the future.I highly recommend Adams Jeep of Maryland...

This is the second car our family has purchased at Adams this year and we look… forward to many more. We've spread the word to all of our friends as well. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to find a car dealership that has a legitimate family atmosphere to it and not that cheesy salesly world. Steve Michaels (the GM) is an honest man and will do his best to give you a good, fair deal. He values a customer for life, not a one time money grab. Keith Cook was extremely patient and answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about all the cards that he showed me. I couldn't decide between two different Cherokee's and Keith gave me the time and space and most importantly the knowledge to make my decision. If you're looking for a new Jeep or any used car, I'd highly recommend going to Adams Jeep and asking for Keith.Highly Recommend

Not only did Adams have an amazing inventory of new Jeeps, we had a wonderful experience with our salesman, Corey G. We asked questions about many makes and models… of Jeeps and Corey answered every one of them. Then we left the dealership. Corey followed up two days later, with a phone call, to see if we had thought of any additional questions for him. We went back a month later to find Corey and to purchase of brand new Rubicon! We were so excited and thrilled that he had given us the time we needed to make our decision. Corey was personable, professional and incredible patient during the entire experience. I trusted him to the fullest that I was getting the best price possible. He went abover and beyond… showing me all of the features and made sure I knew how to use everything. When on the test dirve he made me feel so comfortable. I previously had a chevy cobalt so driving the lifted jeep was a huge change for me. He made sure I was happy with how it handled. Those dealers were unresponsive and unwilling to negotiate. I contacted Keith about a… Grand Cherokee on his lot. He was responsive and answered all of my questions and knowing that I would be driving 2 hours to see the vehicle, we negotiated price to make sure I wasnt wasting my time driving up. We came to an agreement, I drove up and checked the vehicle out. I drove away in the vehicle less than an hour later. Great car, great price, great customer service.
