    Recently purchased a new 2014 RDX from Larry P At Rosenthal Acura.This was our second car from Larry and got a good deal with a trade in and went home with new car the same day.Larry went over the car thoroughly with my wife and they gave us a loaner to install all the extras a few days later.Highly recommend the dealer and salesman.

    I just leased my 5th Acura from Rosenthal Acura. Narinder S. has been and will continue to be my sales person period. Narinder is always looking out for me with deals and pointing me in the right direction as it relates to getting the best deals and the most appropriate model of Acura for my needs.     Few people look forward to purchasing a new car, but my recent experience with Paul S. at Rosenthal Acura has gone a long way toward making me someone who does. From the first time my family met him in the showroom until the time we drove away in our new Acura I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and – most importantly – reasonable. He took the time to understand my family’s needs and our budget constraints and he helped us to find the appropriate vehicle to meet both. Our “out the door” price was extremely fair and rivals anything that I’ve found locally or on the internet.   • Excellent MDX Purchase Experience

    We purchased a 2013 MDX Tech in March 2013 from Alan E. at Rosenthal. Our experience with him so far has been truly first-rate, and one of the best car buying experiences we have had in many years. He provided an honest, written OTD quote, and then delivered the SUV on the promised day, at the precise OTD price we had agreed on over the Internet. He was consistently honest and straightforward with our follow-up questions. And while we have only owned the car a short time, he has checked in a few times to see if we had any questions and continued to be satisfied. In sum, a genuinely pleasant, straightforward and hassle-free experience with our salesperson. Very nice.

  • Sloppy and incomplete services

    I've always taken my 04 TL here for service. My last service here was for an A1 which called for oil change, top off fluids, rotate tires, visual inspections, car wash...When I got my car back, the car was not washed even though they stated as washed in the receipt. The service reminder light was still on. They didn't reset it. It was snowing that weekend and I ran out of windshield washer fluid, so they did not put in any fluid. I assume they didn't put in any other fluid either. I have no idea if they actually rotate the tires or not. I gave them the car at 9:30 am and was told it would take 2 hours. I had to call them at 5:30pm to ask for status update. They finally call me back at 6:30pm to pick up the car. I'm taking my car to a different place next time.

    I've been buying cars from Rosenthal Acura since 1994. For the last 7 years (3 cars and tons of referrals), I've been dealing directly with Alan E. (no surprise to see others mentioning Alan here). If you want a guaranteed hassle-free experience, call Alan -- he works by appointment. I've sent tons of friends/family/colleagues and they all report back just how easy it was to work with him. The owner, David, is also a great guy. These folks have customer service in their DNA. When it comes to car dealers and car buying, it doesn't get any better. They have an awesome service team as well.

    This was the 4th Acura that we've purchased from Rosenthal and the 2nd from Narinder S. Thanks to Narinder, we got an extremely fair price with absolutely no hassle. He's very patient explaining all of the new electronic gadgets and truly enjoys working with his customers. I heartily recommend Rosenthal and in particular Narinder S. if you are in the market for a new/used Acura.

    My recent purchase of a new car from Rosenthal Acura was a great experience, starting with Mr. Larry P. After purchasing at least 20 cars for my family and myself, from perhaps 16 different dealers, I finally feel like I found a salesman I can call My Guy. As in: "Go see my guy." Larry not only dealt with me squarely and openly, he went above and beyond in getting my old car ready to trade, setting up the purchase, handling all of my arrangements for the installation of accessories and much more. I must add that every single person I encountered at Rosenthal was strikingly cheerful and service-oriented, from the phone receptionist, to the service advisers, to the cashiers and everyone else. I feel like my car and I are in very good hands, and we'll certainly be back.

    Steve has always been my go to person when it comes time to getting a car. My family has purchased three cars from him and will continue to in the future. I feel he is always honest and does what is in our best interest. I never feel like I am being sold and always feel comfortable knowing he is taking care of us. I would recommend him to everyone in the market for a new car.

    I have been purchasing my Acuras from Rosenthal since 1986 when they first came out. I have had great success and service since them on all of my cars. I bought a new RDX 2013 on April 5. Larry P. the sales rep helped me get it started as he has done in the past with my other cars. My TL was good for 9.5 years so I am expecting the same from the RDX. John H. is the general sales manager and has helped me in the past as was this time. David H., the owner and I have been friends over the last 25 years and I know when I buy from him I will have no worries. I call up and tell them I am ready and they do the rest.

    This is our first Acura and have only wonderful things to say about our new 2013 TSX and the professional/courteous staff at Rosenthal! My husband and I were going in circles for weeks about our new car purchase- We had been in the dealership at least 3 times with Larry, testing driving, talking, and more testing driving. We never felt any pressure or obligation to purchase and appreciated their patience with us. What really sold us was the comfort level we got (all our questions were answered with a positive response) and the feeling that we would be taken care of every step of the way. Even the finance manager, Kristen, was a pleasure to work with. It has been about a week since purchasing the car and Larry has kept to his word that he would be with us every step of the way, even after our purchase. We will certainly be back for our next car and recommend Larry and the Rosenthal Acura Team to everyone.

    I was one foot in the door in purchasing a top of the line Toyota Highlander since I always know that the Acura MDX was more expensive than the Highlander due to the MDX being a luxury vehicle. However I decided to give the MDX a test drive and boy was I so impressed with the SUV. Additionally, I give the salesperson Nawinder S. high marks for professionalism and expertise on his knowledge on comparing the two vehicles. Mr. S. made everything so seamless. I test drove the MDX on Saturday then went home to think about which car I really wanted. Met him for about an hour on Sunday to work out an agreement WITHOUT THE FEELING OF HIGH PRESSURE SALES. The MDX I wanted wasn't in stock on Sunday, so on Monday, Mr. S. and the finance manager, Mr. Jay S., got all the paperwork and the car ready so I came after work and in about an hour, I was ready to drive my brand spanking new MDX. I am very happy with my car purchase. If you are considering the Tech Package, pay the extra $$$. It is well worth it. The sound system is phenomenal and you won't be disappointed. Thank you very much to Mr. S., Mr. S., and Rosenthal Acura for the greatest car purchase I've ever bought.

  • 2014 RDX AWD with Tech Package (Alan E.)

    Extremely positive experience with purchase. Internet Sales Manager (Alan E.) handled sale like a pro. Very good initial price and willing to match a price from a dealer a bit further from my home who came in under his initial proposal. His sales manner was slightly understated which was a nice change from the too often "over-caffeinated" types that I dealt with elsewhere. In the end, he delivered and kept his word on everything we discussed. Mr. E. was extremely knowledgeable about Acuras (his family owns 4 of them) and provided not only objective facts about the car but interesting insight about its features and how to tailor them to our driving experience. No hard sale on extra warranties or financing. Finance guy simply presented options and left it at that. Just one day into ownership so can't elaborate too much about ownership of vehicle. Am told all Maintenance Minder services are 1 hour and half or less-guaranteed (and open on Saturday) with car wash, which matters to me. I hope that the service department experience is as good as the sales experience. Fortunately, if it is not, I do have other options. Unlike other dealers, they did not offer free oil changes, "drive up/unlimited" car washes etc. (like some of their competitors) so one needs to account for that in purchase price.

  • Expeditious, Professional, & Informative!

    My rating applies solely to the retail side of their business (used cars). I have not experienced their services yet. Pros: expeditious online inquiry follow-up, great customer service, informative staff. Cons: sales floor layout needs revamping, some new car sales guys could brush up on customer intake. First off, I am THE last person I would have expected to be writing a review of an Acura dealership, much less owning one. Honestly, Honda does a very poor job of linking itself to its luxury brand (Acura) - especially compared to Toyota and its Lexus brand. After already having decided to purchase a Lexus RX, I decided to contact them on a whim due to the local dealers not having the darker interior I wanted readily in stock. I found a solid match in their online inventry (MDX with tech pkg) and submitted an inquiry. Within hours I received a response and set up a time to test drive. My salesperson was very knowledgeable, polite, and bent over backwards to address all issues/inquiries I had related to purchasing - including coming in to meet with me on his day off! After having endured weeks of tiring back and forth with others dealers who failed to simplify my process by being upfront re: pricing, availability, and specs. Granted the new car sales on the floor could use some brushing up on customer intake (it's clear that used car customers are not their priority), I completed my car buying experience with renewed excitement thanks to Rosenthal Acura's simple, streamlined, customer-focused process. Harpreet and his colleagues are amazing - no aggravating time-wasters there!
