This was by far the best and easiest buying experience I have ever had. Sarat Lincoln is laid back and very helpful. No pressure and had just what I wanted in stock. Dave the financer was a true delight to work with and John my sales… gentleman was patient and very knowledgeable with all my many questions, a true asset to the Lincoln brand. This is my new go to car dealership! Highly recommend to family and friends.

Steve knew it would be a long drive there and back and was very cognizant of our time. We arrived about 10 minutes eay and he was… ready with all of the paperwork necessary for is to sign. We were trained on the technology side of our vehicle and off we went back home to PA. Thanks again Sarat!!!Service is fantastic

Tried the CR-V and the Escape was… roomier with a few more features. Bought from Dan at Sarat before and went back specifically to deal with him again. He was great and Sarat bent over backwards to make the deal happen, even though we didn't have our van with us when we went in. They gave us more than a fair trade in value and I love my sporty Escort after 15 years in a mini-van!Great

Knowledgable, we spoke with the sales Manager Aaron who wanted to make sure we had been informed of everything, shown everything etc ( which we had ). David helped us to get the best financing possible, and… met with Jeff S himself just to make sure we had everything we needed and if there was any questions or concerns now or in the future to not hesitate to call or come see him personally. My 2nd vehicle purchase from Sarat Ford, my Family and friends also buy there vehicles from Sarat's. They made negotiating very difficult and stressful. We decided to go the Sarat Ford and we… wished we went there first. They truly made our car buying experience enjoyable and easy. We actually felt like we were dealing with honest people, unlike [the other dealership]. Ford had some great deals that they made sure to pass onto us which saved us a lot of money.
