Explain everything, diagnose the problem & need, type of work repair necessary, estimate it, get it done, and wash & vac the car before u drive off!… Service techs really are a pleasure to work with, AND coffee, muffins, fruit, water as u wait!Spencer, we're delighted to know you've had such positive experiences with our service team at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. I did not expect to get worked in today at 2:30PM. When I checked in for the oil change, James the… service advisor asked me if I would like them to address the outstanding recall issues, which I was delighted to get out of the way. I them asked James if they would have time to do the 25,000 mile service during this visit and cheerfully agreed. My husband and I just had a simple conversation of what we were looking for… amongst a few others. Christine’s charisma is not a skill you teach it’s in her DNA. It never once felt like she was selling a car. She worked with us by herself and we awaited for our car to be shipped in. She followed up and followed through it was a one woman show. Our car finally arrived and she arranged pick up that was super smooth. If you are looking for a caring person look for Christine she’s not more than a sales consultant.We're so pleased to know that Christine provided you with such a memorable experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. by MMartin on 03/23/2023The entire experience was utterly amazing! I’ll be the first to admit, I’m not a fan of sales people in general but my saleswoman, Christine, was the best. She was attentive, cared about me and my needs, had a sense of humor, and I never… once felt like just a number. I felt like I’ve known her forever. She spent a lot of time with me making sure I was happy with my vehicle purchase and showed me everything I needed to know on the different features with my new Aviator. She then introduced to her business manager, Jim, who was equally amazing. He assisted with all my financial needs and again I never once felt like just a number. I was provided reassurance throughout the entire process. I can’t thank either them enough. I would recommend this Lincoln dealership to anyone who is in the market for a Lincoln. Best ever and I’m 72

Greg Mirabile is the best we’ve ever felt with. So professional and a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend him to… anyone for a enjoyable experience that we have never had before. We bought a new Lincoln Aviator and again we’ve own all make’s and just went from a Gle 350 Mercedes’, looking for a upgrade to a 450. We both were so disappointed we went to a Lincoln. Best vehicle we’ve owned with many more extras than the Mercedes and 10,000 dollars less. As long as Greg is there we will be alsoRich, thank you so much for the kind review! Robert first made contact with me to discussed the issues and concerns, before the… work began. He kept me up to date on the progress and cost of the repairs. I can always get an appointment when I need it, when I arrive I am greeted quickly and with a smile from the service writer. This visit I had a new… person, Seth Mills. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quickly ordered the part for my vehicle, made an appointment for next week to complete the repairs.
